Cherry-picking
Very biased anti-Christian view, the author is pretending to be impartial but he clearly hates the Christians He is only mentioning carefully chosen facts that favor Muslims and make Crusaders look awful. It's called cherry-picking. He only writes what fits his left-leaning, Europe-hating ideas. If cherry-picking is essentially lying, than this guy is lying through his teeth. Don't waste money on this cheap anti-Christian propaganda.

This was so one sided it should be name, Evil Templars". It took about an hour to read, no new material, and one sided review of Templar history. Waste of time.

Grandson is extremely happy!
I purchased this book for my grandson as he is "into" The Knights. I understand the book has mentions of things he had thus far not heard. He is very happy.

Very primary reading, and some errors
A book clear intended for readers of limited intellect. Large font, double spaced and only 114 pages. Another inconsistency is on page 19/20 the author provides identity of 6 of the 9 knights. And continues by saying the last two names are unknown. The math doesn’t add up. See text screenshots. Further, the cover is incorrect the cross shown is a Maltese cross, and not a Templar cross. The Maltese was common with the KNIGHTS HOSPITALLERS Order. Further, on page 23 it states that little is known if there first 9 years. This comment is perplexing. A lot more is know that what is written. Early in the text Baldwin II is referenced. Yet King Baldwin I plays an important role. Also, the Templar’s hail from the Champagne region of France and the area of Troyes. Yet these two primary regions one would think is relevant to the early years of the Templar’s on pg 23, but is not addressed

Waste of time
Thankfully this was a very short book. It could have been much shorter if it hasn’t been for the endless repetitions. Some of the sections I swear are lifted straight out of Wikipedia and the grammatical errors were legion. Any sense of mystery or suspense was totally negated by the “oh wow” style of writing. The only benefit was that it reminded me that I need to read Foucault’s Pendulum again.

I really found this book an interesting and informative read ...
I really found this book an interesting and informative read which really captured my interest in The Knights Templar. I would've preferred if it went more indepth and give more insight.

Enjoyed the read couldn't put it down . The only thing with these sorts of books they are filled with a mixture of fact and rumour, if you take it as it is you'll enjoy it .

Rubbish that has been deleted from Kindle!
I can't understand what this book is trying to be, is it a long magazine article turned into a book? It really isn't a book in its own right. It is collection of sweepings from other books and deals mostly in conspiracy theories. While I cannot understand what it is trying to be, I understand only too well what it ended up as - it ended up as rubbish that has been deleted from Kindle!

An enlightening read.
I liked the style of this book. I felt it gave a complete, knowledgeable overview of the history of the Knights Templar and due to the amount of research that had been done, it was not a flimsy read. Parts of it took me back to my childhood memories of the Robin Hood stories and how King Richard had been idolised for going off to the Crusades. This book reflects the facts of that, not the romance. This book is definitely worth a read if you are the slightest bit interested in the Knights Templar.
