Excellent chair, comfortable, easy to assemble.
Chair was easy to assemble, directions were clear and easy to follow. The chair is comfortable so far, for the number of hours I have used it. I am actually surprised by the level of comfort for such a cheap price. PU leather feels nice too. The only issues I have had are a few of the staples that are used to hold the leather in place are sticking out a bit. But it is located where the top piece meets the bottom cushion piece, and therefore can not see it unless you are trying to find it. And lastly, the snap buckle for the head cushion gets stuck, no big deal. Overall, I recommend for the price. I am curious to see how it holds up after many hours.

Very nice quality, but just a bit narrow.
Edit: Gotta say this chair is holding up nicely almost a year later. Upping to 5 stars, despite my below issues.-----------------Very nice quality build, cushioning is soft but resilient. Armrests come up high if that is needed, but can also adjust quite low. I have two issues with the chair that are minor but should be mentioned:1) It is not as wide as I hoped. I am 6'3" 245lb and the sides of the seat are very noticeable against the ol' butt. It's not necessarily uncomfortable, it's just very snug. Some people might not like that.2) Again, the 6'3" thing; the head cushion has a very short elastic band on it that is designed to fit through the holes in the back of the backrest. This reduces adjustability and it cannot be fixed to the headrest instead, which would allow me to rest my head against it. At my height, it is against the back of my neck, which is not ideal.3) It was very creaky after just a couple weeks of use, but after hitting it with WD-40 a few times, it has quieted down. Seems to need to be re-applied monthly or so.

It Does What It Needs To
I don't know much about ergonomic chairs as this is my first time having both purchased and used one aside from the idea they're supposed to comfortable, good for your back and posture. This chair is certainly much more comfortable than the metal folding chair I've used for years. It's a good size for me. I like the neck pillow more so than the lower pillow. The lower pillow can be a bit annoying and a bit uncomfortable at times (I don't know if that's just my bad posture or the pillow itself). The seat is firm and straight. The assembly wasn't that bad. I did it by myself (a 5'4" 98lb female for anyone who needs that reference) with little to no trouble. The main chair was a little weight, but wasn't anything I couldn't handle. The reclining and lift work fine.Overall, I pretty satisfied with the chair so far.

Good value.
Product arrived as described. Purchased for working from home. Easy to assemble, pretty hefty, so it's sturdy. The lumbar pillow is nice. I took the head pillow off after a few days, it made my neck ache from the unnatural angle of support. I'm 5'3 and 140 lbs. I like to sit with my legs crossed on the chair or legs propped up. Not as comfortable as a $500 real plush leather chair, but this chair does the job for the price point I was looking for.

Cheaply Made, Terrible Quality
I ordered the chair along with a few other things for a new gaming set up and was excited to actually use it. When unboxing everything, I noticed a few metal pieces were bent slightly which I didn’t think was a big deal, as I was able to bend them straight again once I needed to attach everything to the base of the chair.I was able to put the chair together by myself and everything fit well, but some of the pieces were still oddly bend in areas, two of which were both arm rests. I’m about 195 lbs and used it to game and didn’t really recline in it, or use it for anything other than sitting. I wasn’t rough with the chair, however, the metal frame of the chair actually ended up bending so much that it tore through the metal and almost caused me to fall out of it. I was simply leaning at one point during a gaming session and almost fell out completely.I feel as if the chair is poorly made or the materials used are cheap, because the arm rests also had a lot of wear and tear on them, from just leaning against the occasionally, which is what they’re for (or so I thought). They’re made of a foam material that tore apart within months of me using it as nothing more than a chair.I only had the chair for a little more than a year, but had to return it due to the frame being so weak, that it couldn’t support me. Needless to say, I’ve owned a common office chair made of plastic that I’ve sat in the same exact way for over 10 years and it’s still supportive and going strong.I wouldn’t recommend this chair to anyone, it’s expensive for the quality you get, which seems cheap and rushed. The quality of the metal just isn’t up to standards and I’ve seen other complaints on here in regards to the base/frame breaking from use of people much smaller than me.Save your money, spend it elsewhere on another gaming chair.

Comfortable and well build
Although I had had to wait longer than I would like, this chair was exactly as advertised. I had a shipping mishap but Amazon corrected hassle free.Assembly took about a half hour from the time I opened the box. Everything included that I needed. The chair looks good and the build is sturdy. Although while testing the reclining function I recommend to not go all the way back flat. It could get tippy. The adjustable arms work well and while assembling they can be adjusted to be narrower or wider before tightening down. The lumbar pillow can easily be placed for the best support. The straps are elastic.(I’d prefer non elastic that could just tighten if needed).Overall this is a great chair for the price
