I have taken this for a month daily, and this was my second order. It is hard to get out towards the end of the bottle. I am not sure if it has been beneficial to me or not. I am fairly strict keto, have lost a little weight. I guess I am confused on what this product is supposed to be doing for me? so the jury is still out. And it is very expensive if it is not doing much. Shipping was fast.

So far so good. I just received it last week and started taking over the weekend. For me, less is always more so I’m starting out slow with 1 tsp but it tastes great and I will move up to two tsp tomorrow. MCT oil sometimes upsets my stomach. This product has great things in it. I may be only able to tolerate 2 tsp but I will continue with it as I feel great on it. Very pricey so I may not be able to afford for long periods of time but is really helping me stay on program.

Only used for 1 week so far, in my morning coffee. I do feel an energy burst that wasn't there before so I may try taking it mid-afternoon to help avoid that drag at 3 pm . So far so good. Too soon to tell if it is helping me get or stay in ketosis

Ordered product and it showed up with almost a hard, jello-like consistently. so much so that I couldn't even squeeze it out of the bottle. I think it could've been due to it being stored somewhere that wasn't temperature controlled which allowed it to freeze (it's December at the time of this posting).

I just bought this product. Been on Keto about 4 months. Looking to add some of the fish oil and fats discussed. Product tastes ok, but it is a PAIN IN THE BUTT to get out of bottle. I have to use a butter knife to fill a table spoon one knife full at a time. This does NOT dissolve in coffee. I don't do smoothies so am taking it straight, which is not bad. Too early to tell if makes an difference. Given the cost, uncertainty of benefit and the MAJOR pain to use, I will probably not buy more.

This has been one of my favorite keto finds! This product has all the right balance with the added bonus of great flavor, which is just the sweet treat I need! This product keeps me regular and I haven’t experienced the keto flu since taking it! Great find- I highly recommend for anyone serious about the keto lifestyle!

I recently started the keto diet and love the benefits Keto Balance has given me. I never experienced the Keto Flu and I believe this is what helped with that. It’s a great little sweet treat when I’m trying to stay away from carbs and sugars, all while getting an organic form of Omega 3s. I love it!

I’ve had a couple of days to use this product and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Some supplements have a terrible aftertaste or can easily upset my stomach. PuraTHRIVE tasted great and did not upset my stomach! I would recommend using it in your Keto diet to optimize your benefits.
