I don't do many reviews but just getting home from going on vacation I figured I would. I read a few reviews that said the bag ripped apart on the first flight yadda yadda figured I would get it anyway and find out. The bag made it in one piece. Honestly I used to be a baggage handler and I know exactly how they got ripped. let's just say you either carry all the gate check bags down the stairs or drop them down a slide. anyway back to the point.If you buy this bag don't use it for checking the car seat with checked luggage it just won't hold up to the automated sorting systems. (If something's broken in your bag it's usually why) it's good for gate checks though. The reason I gave it three stars is because I only needed it for one trip and that's all the shoulder strap is going to give me. We have a graco extent2fit and it totally fit in the bag with room to spare but as I was walking down the terminal every now and again I would hear / feel a pop. Couldn't figure it out until we got back from the trip and I set the bag down to put the seat in the car and only two stitches that hold the shoulder strap were holding it all together. It can be restitched and I will but you get what you pay for.Also if your seat is semi heavy that little pad on the shoulder strap ain't gonna make it comfortable.So I've found out that there's a warranty thanks to the person replying! I've upped it to 4 stars because I mean come on it did the job I needed it to do and they'll replace it. That's taking care of people and not just taking money. Thanks!!

I used this bag to hold my (Graco) Infant carseat and base as well as the car seat adaptor for our double stroller. Everything fit in with relative ease and room to spare. I only give this product 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 as there are features the product boasts in the description that I simply did not find to be the case. The first was a "anti-slide" drawstring that influenced my buying decision so my contents would stay safely inside. I did not find the drawstring to be "anti-slide" at all. We felt the need to knot the string to keep the bag closed which then caused for extra time upon arrival trying to get the knot out! The airport was extremely rough with all our luggage and many bags came back with scratches and markings on them. This product did in fact hold up and protected the carseat from damage. The bag has some significant markings on it from the rough handling but true to it's description, did not tear. The second feature was the "large" carrying bag. This is not a huge issue and certainly not a reason I purchased however, in case anyone is looking for this as a feature, I thought it worth mentioning. First, the carrying bag would not be characterized as large in my mind, more envelope sized. Additionally, the bag does not come with instructions for re-folding into the zipper pouch. Upon receipt, the bag is neatly and compactly folded into the zipper bag. I've tried many different ways and have not come close to getting the large bag folded back into the tiny envelope sized pouch and zippered back shut! It's not a huge issue, you can certainly fold it and get it stuffed into the pouch but zipping it will be a challenge. As I said, this product does the job I needed it to do, hold my carseat and base and protect it from the elements. I should also note, I have not tried other versions of this bag as it sounds like others on the market are made of nylon and more prone to tearing if dragged or dropped etc. my airline staff.

***UPDATE!***The Angel Baby company went above and beyond to help remedy the situation that I had with my car seat bag back in April. They took the time to actually call me and find a way to resolve the issue, and has since replaced the bags and I was able to use them on a recent trip to San Diego. The new bag worked out fantastic and I have since recommended to friends and family. It says a lot about a company who will go out of their way to help a customer just to get it right. They have earned my business as a customer and I have since ordered the stroller organizer which is amazingly useful for outings with our new baby...it is genius on an umbrella stroller!!!! I am just dissapointed I didn't find it sooner with my other 2 kids!***Previous Review:This item worked well for our needs (we bought two since we have two children/car seats), but the first bag had tears in the bottom from where it was handled by the airline, and the draw string on the second one busted and either had to be restrung or just tossed out in the trash, as it isn't long enough to close now.I emailed the manufacturer a few weeks ago in regards to getting a replacement due to the LIFETIME GUARANTEE that they claim to offer and no one would get back to me. I am currently in the process of returning to Amazon due to the defects and their resolution to the whole situation was quick and pleasant.I doubt that it would be usable at this point for a second trip due to that damage...and the fact that the manufacturer does not stand by their product/guarantee which is highly disappointing.**I did however find the ID tag and handle very helpful in handling at the airport**

Purchased 2 Car Seat bags and 1 Stroller bag for my family trip to Italy. I was very happy with how durable the items were and how well they protected our products on the journey. Getting the items in and out of the bags is fairly simple (the stroller was gate checked on 4 flights for the whole trip, and needed to be removed each time to traverse the airports to catch flights). Considering the amount of scuffing a scrapping on the outside, there was really limited damage to the fabric, and the contents were completely pristine.My only flaw which prevents this from being 5 star is the closure. One of the 3 bags draw strings came undone (the clamp seemed to be jammed open) on our first leg of the journey. As a result the bag was open, and could have resulted in damage inside (but luckily didn't). I'm not expecting the closure to be improved, but would recommend to anyone purchasing to tie a good slip not after tightening the drawstring, and tucking the excess inside the bag.Otherwise great product, and I look forward to using them on my next trip.
