It just works, period
This $59 hearing aid just replaced my $1500 hearing aid that decided to stop working while we are 1800 miles from home for the winter. Based on the 5 star reviews, I bought it. To be honest it works as well, if not better than my expensive one. and I have severe hearing loss. The pluses are: no batteries to buy, no filters to buy, and no domes to buy. Once you find the correct ear piece for your ear, it is quite comfortable. Yeah, 5 stars definitely.

my husband got 70% hearing loss at an construction accident,doc recommended a hearing aid which cost nearing 8000 and insurance doesnt cover that,my husband tried that and doesnt seem to help him with listenning,so I keep search on web for affordable hearing aids and tried this one;it works very well my husband hears me just as before.this hearing aid is rechargeable it worked same way like charging a cellphone,it came with its own charger,you can use your phone charger or power bank too,very good product and great price!!

Dad's ears are not good! Every time he talks to him, he can't hear clearly. Since I have this hearing aid, I don't have to talk loudly anymore. It's really convenient.

My husband can finally HEAR again!
My husband is 67. He has been losing his hearing, especially in one ear. I ordered this particular rechargeable hearing amplifier because it has the dial, for adjusting sound control, which is easier for older people, than just "buttons" - it is amazing how much this has helped him. There IS a button for adjusting out background noise. Our daughter helped with that, but it is in the instructions. An excellent hearing assistance device, at an incredible price.

Best hearing aid for grandma so far
it fits perfectly on ears of my 97 years old grandma and the amplification is great,no more yelling any more she can hear us clearly.she had tried several hearing aids but they did not work perfectly until I found this one,great buy,great gift for seniors.

Very poor product & service. :(
This worked great for less than a week. Both hearing aids started beeping a loud sound that scared my dogs. There is no contact info either on the Amazon or the paperwork. Because I can't contact anyone I'm going to return them. Very very disappointed
