Cool Coconut Opener!!!
I like the product and it gets the job done. I love that it comes with 2 straws and the clearner as well. The reason I gave it a 4star is because its hard to pop it open once the opener is all the way in.

Never going back
Sturdy, easy to use, and I can't live without the reusable straws! The moment I open a coconut I always remember I need a straw and I used to be sad to realize I didn't have any - but not anymore! Plus there's the convenient brush to wash the straws.The only part I never use is the little rubber mat it comes with. I just tossed it. My coconut would just bounce off of it. Just swing with a quick, hard motion on a sturdy counter and you won't have trouble.Also, just use a spoon to scoop the insides - the little scraper tool is inferior to a spoon.10/10

It works!!!
When I purchased this item, I was under the impression that all I had to do was hammer the top of the coconut without shaving any of the coconut off. I was wrong. BUT, after you shave off the top piece, the opener kit works perfectly.

Very useful
Works very well. In the past I’ve tried hacking young coconuts open with the advice of google but I saw this product and thought it’d be nice to have for the summer. My first attempt didn’t go so well but as you can see from my picture my second attempt was very successful! I didn’t realize at first that you had to really only hit the front part of the opener, to kind of angle it so it’s deeper in front away from the gap.My only issue would be the sturdiness of the scraper, it could be stronger! As I was using it one of the little loops kept bending and I could tell that part would be weaker.

Cute tool but doesn’t really work
I tried with a few coconut. It doesn’t work the magic as it supposed to do. It’s still helpful tool. I have to use the tool first and it makes easier to eventually open the coconut with knife.

Coco-yeah!!
This is the best coconut opener we have ever used! Very sturdy & it comes with a silicon mat so that little sucker doesn’t slip around. If Gillian & his crew had this kit on the island, they’d have been able to build an airplane. When I am called up for survivor, this baby will be my sidekick.

Great gift
This was a gift for a person into gadgets . They were happy with it. Haven’t used it yet but it looked like they are happy with it

Does the job as intended!
Requires a bit of force but easily doable with the included mallet. Was able to open up a young coconut with a pretty thick skin within a minute or two.Pros: simple concept so easy to use. Included accessories are decent and useful.Cons: if you use too much force, it can crack the coconut. So testing out how much force to use is necessary.
