Shock Doctor 213 Core Supporter with BioFlex Cup for Sports Protection — Youth and Adult, (One Athletic Cup Groin Guard and Support)

Having signed up to Brazillian Jiu Jitsu recently, I was advised by one of the regulars to get a 'cup'.I did a bit of searching and came across this one. Due to the fact that you get the jock strap and the protection cup to slide in from a well known brand like shock doctor, the price was decent so I took the plunge.I am usually a 34"-35" waist and I opted for the large option. The cup is a decent size and I think it should fit the majority of gentlemen in there.Now, I am yet to take a shot to the pills, thankfully, however whilst wearing them, as others have said, they are very comfortable and secure. They don't budge, especially under my base layer or vale tudo shorts. I can obviously feel I am wearing them but my movement (eg high kicks and sprawls) are not restricted in any way.So far so good!

Bought to use for boxing sparring - thankfully it's not been tested yet, however it feels sturdy enough that I'm comfortable to say it would offer protection if needed.Fits well and comfortable to use - cup is removable so you can wash the strap.

Reasonably comfortable to wear. Watch out for the sizing: tends to be tight, so buy the next size up.

Good quality and comfort. I am 34/35 inch waist and went for XL. They are rather snug so be careful sizing. Go a size up.

This worked better than the compression shorts with built in cup. He was always needing to adjust the compression shorts before. This cup floats in place better.

My son is 13, 5'6" and wears a men's small or medium pant. I ordered a Rawlings men's small and of course being a young teen a men's cup is too big even for his inner thigh area and they push up. I took a chance on the youth XL with medium cup in this brand and it fits perfectly. No rubbing or pushing. He is very happy and comfortable.
