I can't fault these for the portion size of the three compartments, nor how well the hold food securely without spillage. They're easy to clean too. The only complaint I have, hence the four stars, is once you've put the lid on, it invariably requires an inordinate amount of effort and wrestling with the lid to remove it; this rapidly becomes irksome.

This container is not suitable for use at work. I spent a while pushing down the lid attempting to make the whole thing leak proof but I still got to work with soy sauce on all my belongings. The container also isn’t big enough to store your used and dirty knife and fork, which my old food container was able to do. I had to wrap them in tissue to take home to wash. The lid is difficult to take off and I’m always worried I’m going to break the whole container in the process, it’s also very loud which isn’t ideal in an office. I’m sure these containers are good for home use but not work use. I regret this purchase and wish I’d gone with a more leak proof container. Portion control wise, these containers are good, and I liked that my strawberries could be kept separate from my main meal. This was however completely pointless after traveling with the box and a bit of the soy sauce managed to travel over to my strawberries.

Great product! Ridiculously quick delivery, they arrived the next day after ordering on the evening time too. Can’t beat this kind of value for so many food prep containers, ten for that price is well worth it compared to the shops. I had also been worried about the lid seal as when buying cheaper tubs this has often been an issue for me in the past, but these have a mega tight seal once you click them in all the way round. They stack well in the fridge too - unlike my usual bulky lunch boxes. Would definitely recommend!

Getting on great with these. Although can't use them in my microwave. Mine is a bit too small. However most microwaves are bigger than my little gadget, but it is worth checking before buying. I don't mind as I will use mine for lunch salads and snack boxes that don't need to go in the microwave.

I love these Meal Prep containers from Universal Fitness, I have ordered from other companies but these feel a bit sturdier and therefore I feel much better reusing them (and also putting them in the dishwasher).Thanks Universal Fitness- you have a customer for life!!! :)

Slightly larger than I was expecting but tough and strong, no leaks and easy to clean, great product
