I absolutely love this purchase! Arrived on time and this product is exactly as described. I wanted a set where I could have the bamboo and metal straws and I finally found it, so happy with my purchase! The package is STUNNING with beautiful messages on it. I love how the metal straws becomes chilled when set into a cold drink, it keeps the drink nice and cold all the way up. I was worried if would taste different but it has no bad taste at all and the sturdiness of a the straws provide a more pleasant drinking experience. The bamboo straws are awesome! Natural and biodegradable so I don’t have to worry about polluting the environment. They are perfect for smoothies and very resistant. I found the cleaning brush so effective, the cotton cleans so much better than nylon and it’s also better for the environment. The travel bag it’s not bulky or heavy and it fits in all of my purses, it’s very light and made of a great material. Plus it looks so BEAUTIFUL! I love the little beads on it! This set looks amazing and in all ways is satisfactory. It feels great to know I am reducing waste and protecting the planet with this straws. I bought these straws to cut down on contributing to the landfill. Unfortunately I find the outside tube that the straws come shipped in is virtually useless. If I decide to use this tube, instead of the cloth bag, then the cloth bag contributes useless materials. I’d probably use the cardboard tube just because it’s easier. But then the tube will eventually wear out from getting wet. Hopefully I’d be able to find the bag at that point. Also, I do like that the bag is washable. The straw cleaners are much better than most others that are the brush style. Good innovation. It took a bit to get used to the bamboo straws but when I did, I really liked them, especially for hot drinks.

I ordered this product and it showed up as expected with all the items it described. However, only 3 of 4 Straws work great. I order this product and then less week after receiving it, one of the bamboo straws cracked. (pictures attached). I found this strange since I only ever used the bamboo straw in cold beverages.I emailed the vendor seeing if they would replace the cracked one since the others work great, particularly with smoothies. I haven't heard back and it's been over a week now, which is pretty disappointing.I would have given 4 stars if the response time from the customer service was better and they would replace the broken straws and 5 stars if the bamboo straw hadn't cracked.

At first I loved this product. It came quick and was packaged nicely. But, I've been using the straws for a few weeks (I love the metal ones) however, I've only used one of the bamboo straws a few times and it split in 1/2 like I cut the side if it with a knife. I sent the manufacturer a note and heard nothing. Then I was just looking at the packaging and noticed that it should have included 2 straw cleaners, I only got one in my package.Updated Review: I first ranked this 2 stars but I'm upgrading them to 4 because I just received notification that they are refunding my purchase. Which is really good customer service - although, I probably would have been happy if they just sent me a new straw and cleaner. :) I'm still loving the elements in the package and the second bamboo straw is holding up really well - maybe the one that split was just a freak thing.

I’m so happy that I bought this product to use it to my travels in Asia ! This is my second time in this continent and I know the problem with plastic. The metal ones are perfect but be careful if you drink something cold on winter better to use the bamboo ones . The bamboo straws are really cute but you have to be careful where you carry them, if you don’t use the box be careful they look really easy to break ! Otherwise the bag and the brushes are a great so in general I’m really happy with this purchase

Overall, it's a good deal. Really nice straws and a little brush. However, the brush doesn't fit the bamboo straws. Also, you need to carefully clean the straws before you use cause the steel straws were very dirty inside. I saw the brush becoming a different color when I first cleaned the metal straws. I like bamboo straws more than steel ones, but I am not sure if it's okay to use them since I cannot clean inside.

Loved the packaging. Loved the metal straws. 3 of the bamboo straws of the two sets I ordered were either split, too small for the cleaner, too rough inside it was tearing up the cleaner, and the fourth one was really thick. Very disappointed. Had to return both sets.

I loved the quality, price, and the inclusion of the cleaning brushes. However, the drawstring bag is useless for travel as the straws fall out of the bag in my purse. The closure is not tight enough without a knot which is then a pain to get open again.
