Tastes as great as it is unique. Wasnt sure about the added chia, but we were wrong. My wife said it's her new favorite pasta, and I have to agree. We try and eat as clean and healthy as we can, in today's world that's not as easy as it sounds. I was surprised to see that there was only one ingredient on the package "Organic Rice" - Makes us feel a lot better knowing 'what' and 'where' it comes from, while still being able to actually pronounce it. We will definitely be ordering more!

Amazing taste. Beautiful presentation in yellow vegetable curry. Served at dinner party. Everyone loved it.

This has to be the prettiest pasta ever!! This pasta actually cooks PINK! Not only doesn’t it look cute but it also taste amazing ANNNNND still can’t believe it’s GLUTEN FREE!! These pastas are great! I had the black rice, red rice with chia, pad thai with chia, and brown rice.The flavor and texture is great AND the colors are super vibrant even after cooking.Unlike most rice noodles, these from Perfect Earth don't get mushy and fall apart.Super easy to work with and it simply tastes great!

This is an awesome pack of noodles! The first one that I tried was the chia pad Thai noodles and they came out perfect! I really love them because they didn’t get soggy like rice noodles usually do. They had a great texture, kind chewy and worked perfectly in a homemade veggie broth. My toddler loved them too which made me happy. I will definitely keep these in my rotation.

These are my favorite gluten free noodles yet ! They hold their form, taste amazing and yes - they have chia seeds right in the noodles .These are Mom and kid approved . We will be enjoying these again soon.

Love this pasta! A wonderful way to get some added nutrients into your quick, weeknight meals. So far brown rice is great, but can't wait to try all the others!
