I bought this for my new hot tub install. I liked the price but was a bit leery of the space constraints others have cited. That didn't turn out to be an issue. Yes, never having worked with #6AWG wire it was a learning experience. But I found that there was enough room in the box to get it done without too much trouble. I'd buy it again.

Great price for a spa breaker.

I recently purchased the 50 amp GFCI breaker for my hot tub from Amazon, hoping for a safe and reliable product. However, my experience with this breaker was nothing short of a nightmare.Upon installation, everything seemed fine initially. However, shortly after turning on the breaker, the breaker malfunctioned, causing a complete power outage in my customers house. To my horror, I discovered that the main breaker of my house had blown. This was not only inconvenient but also posed a significant fire hazard.I cannot stress enough how dangerous this product turned out to be. A breaker meant to enhance safety should not cause such catastrophic failures. It not only ruined my hot tub experience but also put my property and family at risk.I strongly advise against purchasing this 50 amp GFCI breaker. It is unreliable and potentially hazardous. I will be seeking a refund and replacing it with a more reputable and trustworthy alternative. Stay away from this product unless you want to invite disaster into your home.

The installation is simple, works as expected, however, once the circuit is tripped, the breaker is gone and needs to be replaced. From safety perspective, it’s great, but to be practical, it’s expensive to keep replacing the breaker.
