Great flashlight

This is the best and brightest flashlight I've ever owned. It also doubles as a baton thanks to it's length and serated edges so I've been able to lighten my load and carry the flashlight as my baton for non-lethal.This will light up entire rooms better then the Glock Streamlight.The reliance on standardized 18650 lithium-ion cells mean easy, cheap replacement batteries are always readily available and field swapable. You can also upgrade to as high-output cells as you want.Only problems with this light is that in the brightest mode if left on for hours at a time the clear plastic will begin to cloud. Turning the light off and letting it cool reverts this, but if left on I worry it could be permanent.Some people have claimed it doesn't work. Just re-install the batteries sometimes they don't get the best connection sitting on top of each other especially if your using recycled laptop cells that still have a bit of the metal on them. But ounce their installed and it works it stays working.

I bought this flashlight 5 years ago and barely used it. I put batteries in it to use it for work and it didn't work anymore. Thought it would alst longer, especially with little use. Very disappointed and I can't buy another one or return this one.

This light is really bright and works great. One thing I didnt like about it at all was that when the battery gets low or runs out, it completely turns off instead of dimming down like some others. So when Im outside and it completely turns off like that then I cant see anything and have to let my eyes adjust to be able to find my way back to the house since we live out in the country. Other lights will at least dim down so you still have light to see till you can get the batteries changed. Other than that it is great.

Excellent flashlight.. Extension piece ( included) gives option of using 4 or 6 C123 batteries. With 6 batteries the light provides a very strong spotlight several hundred yards. Strong and solidly built.

This thing is excellent, however when on full power your batteries won't last long, neither will your Darkness you better get your sunglasses out. On medium and low power It Last Forever at least it does aloe I know that.... obviously I like it very much, but after using it several months I bought a second one and then the switch went bad on the first one. Not usable anymore disappointed

Gave it three stars because every time you turn the light off and turn it back on it goes to the next mode that you had it on after you set it off so if you're in low mode you turn on next time it'll be in strobe mode the rest of my flashlights automatically default into high mode when you turn it off and turn it back on this needs to be changed or just eliminate all the strobe modes altogether nobody ever uses them.

I have been buying TrustfFire products for years. I probably have at least (to as many as DOZENS of others) one of every one they have sold. I have "almost" never been disappointed, The few that have had a problem were replaced promptly. I have two of their older ones with 9 LEDs, and several "name Brand" ones that use more batteries, and more LEDs, and NONE are half as bright as this! No experience yet as to battery life, but I AM buying a few more after I post this to replace older, less (much) efficient versions.
