It works!
These Rugby Simethicone pills are a real lifesaver when that bloating and gas hits. They work quickly and effectively to relieve discomfort, and I find they're much more convenient than some of the other gas relief options out there. The softgels are easy to swallow, and the 2-pack is great for keeping one at home and one in your purse or travel bag.

Worked for me!!
I am very active and eat pretty healthy. With all the protein and veggies I have been consuming my gas has gotten out of control. Let me put this in perspective for you. I had continued gas and flatulents for roughly a year, yes a year. I could sort of deal with that, but when you add the smell of it, game over. I was to the point off thinking that I had some serious medical condition. The normal person passes gas 17 to 24 times a day, and I was doing that in an hour. I was tired of my house and car smelling like booty. So I started looking for things to help. Pepto and Mylanta helped prevent cramping, but not the gas. Activated charcoal backed me up so bad that I wanted to die. Then I found this online and read some reviews. I figured what did I have to lose. From the first day it started its magic. Made me regular and stopped my house from smelling like a porta-potty at the fair. This may not work for everyone, but it did for me and I will continue to buy this.

Contains No Peppermint Oil Which Can Lead to Heartburn
I was previously taking Gas X or the generic equivalent (which contains peppermint oil) and I would always wind up with horrible heartburn after taking Gas X and I couldn't figure out why. But after a little investigation, I discovered that peppermint oil can cause stomach discomfort in some people and obviously that included me as well. As much as I hate being bloated with painful gas; having heartburn is worse; so I had to find a new medicine for gas relief. Rugby 's Simethicone is the generic version of Ultra Strength Phazyme and it does not contain peppermint oil. If you peel back the label on the bottle it lists the Directions: Swallow one to two softgels as needed after a meal. Do not exceed 2 softgels per day except under advice and supervision of a physician. Inactive Ingredients: edible ink, FD&C yellow #6, gelatin, glycerin, purified water The softgels are a reddish orange color and they contain more Simethicone per dose than Gas X since even extra strength Gas X is 125 mg per pill and these are 180 mg per pill. Glad to have found this affordable alternative to Phazyme and so glad that I can treat my gas without causing heartburn.

Just Like Phazyme but way cheaper price
I jumped on these when I saw the price and I got two bottles of them they are way-way cheaper than Phazyme in comparison for what you get and they do just as good as a job. I have gas problems all the time and I cannot stand it when it hurts my belly so I take two of these. You are only to take no more than two a day so if you continue to have painful gas I found something that works online also and it does work very well and that is a cup of tea with a peppermint. I had some peppermint left over from Christmas in my cupboard and put a chunk of it in my hot tea and it took the painful gas away from eating a Mexican Dish I made with some soreno peppers in it and it was really hurting me bad each time I would make a meal from the dish. So these two methods are sure to work and keep you from taking to many when you have a gas attack that is really painful. Hope this helps.

Doesn't stop the pooting, but at least relieves bloated-feeling
I have chronic pooting that never stops; might be related to the truckloads of meat that I eat on a daily basis, so I sought out something to "depart from the fart". This pill does not seem to work very well compared to something like charcoal pills, bromelain, and papaya enzymes that I have replaced this product with. The three above do seem to reduce the amount of gas that squeaks out of my bum during lectures, but the Simethicone 180mg Softgels Anti-Gas pills only relieve the bloating feeling - they don't do much for my actual gas leakage. For the cheap price of $7 for 60 softgels, I don't consider this to be a bad deal, but I also don't trust this more than a natural after-meal supplement that works reliably like charcoal, bromelain, and papaya enzymes. They cost just a little bit more, but I'd rather invest a few more bucks on a daily supplement to eat something a little less synthetic than softgel pills. If anyone is seeking to be able to sit normally at a dinner table without perpetually clenching your basement cheeks, I highly recommend this giant vat of papaya supplement: Pure Naturals Bromelain Dietary Supplement - 500mg, 120 Enzyme Tablets Per Bottle - Supports Healthy Digestion, Anti- Inflammatory Support & More along with this fat bottle of bromelain: Pure Naturals Bromelain Dietary Supplement - 500mg, 120 Enzyme Tablets Per Bottle - Supports Healthy Digestion, Anti- Inflammatory Support & More . The papayas are chewable and delicious, while the bromelain is a swallowable tablet. As a side note, I purchased this 2 years ago and didn't see many results, so it's still sitting in my drawers and rotting away, unloved and lonely. TLDR: No depart of fart, just some bloating relief.
