Was easy to use and kept my heavy tree well supported.

For years I've struggled a fortnight before Christmas with a bucket and collection of bricks to get the Christmas tree almost vertical and then tying it back with string to an eye drilled into the wall. A dreaded process. BUT NO LONGER - this base thing is absolutely brilliant, as you would expect from the country that invented the Christmas tree. Easy process, open up the gripping claws and cable, with the help of a strong friend, suspend the tree over the middle of the hole, plunge it down onto the centre spike, check you got it vertical and then pump the foot lever to tightly grip the bottom of the trunk. Our trunk was a bit wonky at the bottom, but the base was able to grip it without problem. On the pic of the base, the tree looks to be at an angle, but thats just the bottom, overall the tree was very straight and very stable.The base is set on a bigger piece of ply to improve stability on the thick carpet.I COULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT HIGHLY ENOUGH - certainly well made and far superior by the cheapo version offered by a so called discount supermarket.

Held our 6" christmas tree without any issues. It has a spike at the bottom to hold the base in place and then the clamps essentially lock it in. Good product!

Great tree stand, so quick to use and easy! Tree up in seconds. Needs one person to hold tree in vertical position, while other closes base and it’s done. Brilliant!

I normally wouldn't spend so much on something like a Christmas tree holder - I mean, you only use it once a year, and you don't even get to see it when you're using it!Too be honest, I was quite happy with the rusty old metal one that we'd had for the past ten years or so. It did its job, held the tree upright, had space for a little bit of water to keep it "alive" for as long as possible. But the wife threw it out so...Had a quick look at a few just before Christmas, and Krinner's products got good reviews across the board. So I took a chance.It's mainly plastic (the arms that hold the tree are metal) but very solid and pretty heavy. And honestly, it took a matter of seconds to put the tree in the base, press the lever a couple of times, and the tree is standing straight and tall and going nowhere. The wife and I looked at each other and laughed! How simple was THAT!?I'm honestly impressed by the build and design, which is very rare in this day and age. Krinner are definitely the Bose of Christmas Tree stands!

It is sturdy, stable when used and easy to user HOWEVER.......Purchased in Nov 2022 and worked fine.Came to Dec 2023 and used it again but noticed the gauge/button didn't popup the same as it did. Nevertheless, we trooped on and used a length of hosepipe, funnel and a torch to ensure we got water in the correct place.We came to take the tree down and noticed the patch on the carpet which simply wont clean up. We have tried a Vax carpet cleaner, washing up liquid (Google said it breaks down the sap) and various other concoctions but this is how our carpet has been left.

Very easy to use. When I first inserted the tree it didn't appear to work and I thought, no, I've been had. But then I noticed there was the stub of a branch sticking out that I hadn't noticed. Cut it off and less than 30 seconds later the tree was in and solidly held. No more lying on the floor with pliers trying to screw the tree into place and then finding out it is not straight.I could have set up the tree on my own, but as I am incapable of putting anything up straight (see shelves in bathroom) my daughter held the tree whilst I pumped the handle.The water gauge is a welcome addition. I don't have to use my finger to work out if the tree needs more water.This is a marvelous product. Christmas is coming (home)!

Der Ständer ist robust und sehr gut verarbeitet. Der Baum hat einen sehr stabilen Stand. Der Ständer ist einfach zu bedienen, lässt sich leicht ver- und entriegeln und nach Gebrauch auch wieder gut reinigen. Durch den Wassertank hielt die frisch geschlagene Nordmanntanne 4 Wochen ohne nennenswerten Nadelverlust. Entspricht in vollem Umfang der Artikelbeschreibung.
