Although I still manage to get super glue on my fingers, Soft Paws nail caps are a great way to protect my furniture and lap from the cats; and the cats from each other. My cats are strictly indoor cats and although they religiously use their scratching posts and pads, their nails tend to become very sharp (even with regular clipping).I love fun colors and the glitter nail caps look great on my cats.

Did not last. My cat chewed them off, and while enough are included to replace them she will just keep taking them off. I made sure to glue them tight enough and watched her for a long while after. It made no difference.

I can't believe these worked, but they did. The cats are already used to having their nails clipped regularly, which probably helped. You just fill the caps with glue, have someone hold the cat, and stick them on. Then you have to distract them with toys or cuddles for a few minutes while the glue sets. They tried to pull them off for a little while after they were put on and then just left them alone and seemed to forget they are there. We have two cats so the two colors are helpful, that way when I find one I know which cat needs to be captured and have a cap replaced. It's been a week and they've each lost two, but it seems like they actually lost them because the claws shed their sheaths, not because they pulled them off. Seems like it will be a weekly check-in to see if they need any replaced and they will probably need a couple at a time done. The glue actually lasts too, you can re-cap it and use it again which was a nice surprise.**Update** After using these for a few weeks they have saved my upholstered furniture but at the cost of my looped rugs. These softpaws seem to give my cats super strength when it comes to hooking their capped claws into one of the rug loops and unraveling the rugs so they have done a lot more damage than back when they just scratched on the rugs because now there are big gaping holes in my rugs where they have pulled out all the yarn. If you have rugs that are cut pile or woven then you're safe.

For some reason there is a marked size difference in the caps with sparkles than without despite them both being labeled as mediums. I found these to e somewhat difficult to put on since they were really a small and not a medium as advertised. I eventually just tossed them.

Love these! I use them all the time on my 2 cats, it stopped the ruination of my furniture and rugs. I would never declaw (most people don't know it removes the entire first knuckle - YUK!! and they are never the same). This is a wonderful alternative to declawing. they last about a month or so and I start to see some drop off, but I just replace them and we are good to go.

Color combos are great because you can tell which cat shed the claw by what color your find. These have also saved my new sofa from my furry beasts who refuse to use any of the three scratching posts available to them.

These are much better than the "soft claws" brand and usually the ones that veterinary practices carry. Easier to manipulate, better size. Too bad they are more difficult to find on Amazon than the other brands.

These soft paws fit my 8 pound cat perfectly. They stay on for approx. a month or so until my cat is able to claw them off or her nails shed.
