JBL Charge 4 Waterproof Wireless Bluetooth Speaker Bundle with Portable Hard Case - Black

This JBL Charge 4 speaker served me well during my golf cart rides. I would place it in the cup holder, and it delivered nice, loud sound that made my time on the course more enjoyable. The waterproof feature was a bonus, and the portable hard case made it easy to carry around. It did its job perfectly and was a great addition to my setup!

jBL is well known in the industry for great products. This one is no exception. It come with a tough, secure, protective case for travel. The unit itself can be used anywhere, In the car, at the beach or home. Sound is incredible with high volume capabilities. Outer structure is very durable.

I've had this thing for years using it @ work cuz the trucks don't have Bluetooth radios. Works wonders and I've never had a major problem with it (Bluetooth was kinda funky but after recharging it, it went back to normal) get plenty loud and had good audio quality. Would buy again if I needed another.

JBL makes good speakers at affordable prices, I think most people can agree with that.It's also waterproof, and built rugged to withstand bumps and short falls, so you dont have to worry so much about where you're bringing it.The most important thing for me personally though is that the Charge 4 still has an AUX input, which seems to be a dying option on devices. Of course the bluetooth is solid, but I still have an iPod and I'm not ready to give up the fight for AUX yet.I've only had my Charge 4 for a few months, so I can't comment on the battery life over the course of years, but straight out of the box it is amazing. I use it almost every day for an hour or so and I have to charge it only once a week.

I am very impressed with this speaker. I had some other wireless speakers that I am virtually replacing. I have this speaker setup in my garage so I can Bluetooth with my iPhone and listen to music while I am working out. I like opening the garage door and turning a large 42' fan on that makes a lot of noise. My old speakers would not get loud enough to comfortably hear over the fan noise. These blast the sounds out loud enough to be heard over the fan. And when I taking a cool down between sets walking up and down my driveway. I can hear these music easily at the base of the driveway. The other speakers weren't easily heard a the same place. A neighbor was walking out to his car the other day and I had Phil Collins' In the Air Tonight playing and he could easily hear it 200 feet away from the speaker. I mainly decided on this speaker because of all the good reviews from audio reviews by audio website and the fact that it's 30 watts. Definitely a great speaker and the sound rivals my wired Polk speakers. Base has a good sound but haven't really tested it out with any songs with a heavy base like the boom in some rap music. I but woofers have a good vibrations from just looking at them while music plays.

i bought this speaker specifically for kayaking. i’ve never taken it on a kayak trip yet. i’ve had it for a few weeks now. overall a good product, very well built. there are a couple issues i have with it tho. i can not get my charge 4 to pair to a charge 3. also the speaker is a mono speaker, therefore the voice only comes out of one side of the speaker. this is noticeable at louder volumes. the speaker is perfect for inside uses, but in a locker room or in a vehicle the speaker is not very loud. a couple good things about the speaker - it is very compact, you can take it anywhere, battery life is excellent i never have to charge it, very durable, and it truly is a great product for the price. i would recommend this speaker.

The Charge 4 is somewhat pricey for a bluetooth speaker but is built with quality only associated with JBL. I have personally owned JBL speaker systems since the 1970's and none have been a disappointment. As with most all electronics, you get what you pay for. The Charge 4 is a bit heavy but that comes from JBL's use of larger speaker magnets for the low end bass reproduction that most bluetooth speakers lack. The midrange is quite clear and defined as is the high end. All-in-all, a very pleasing bluetooth speaker with a 20 hour battery life and the Charge 4 pairs quite easily to many a bluetooth source.

My son has one of these and is always carrying it around playing it outside while washing his car or doing yard work, or while inside showering, or just relaxing. Perfect sound, does not sound staticy at all! Clear sound which is perfect for listening to music or a book, or even radio. The volume and clarity of the sound was great too. My husband like my son's so much that he wanted one too. So the kids got together and got him one of his own to use. It is a bit pricey. and I wish it was less expensive. However the quality of the speaker is superior and priced accordingly. Worth every penny to have them happy and able to enjoy their music!
