I was struggling to find a trimmer like every teenager do so in his initial beard growing stage to groom the uneven beard and give a perfect look. And I was trying to find a trimmer that does not nic me. And thankfully found in such a short time and let me tell you my experience with my very 1st trimmer..Using it was super effortless, and even just trimming without reading the guide didn’t even cut the skin in the slightest.And it Does clean shave. Only thing you need to practice is how to use it properly. For me it was good but wait..let me tell you what happened when I ordered it for my dad too..he has a hard kind of beard and for him cutting with razer was painful, coz he gets a lot of cuts during his shave and when he agreed to use this trimmer he found it amazing..not only the results were amazing but also he enjoyed every single second of trimming his beard.Overall the product is good.1)Handy to use. 2)Less Noisy. 3)Charge time is little bit more by the way but product quality and efficiency is Awesome. 4) In full charging condition you can shave 3_4 times. 5)It may be time-consuming for some people also may take upto 10 minutes to complete the shave. 6)Just to Tell you I felt a foam-like smoothness on the cheeks after using it.And..I was so ecstatic about how much i liked this trimmer that after using it last night for the first time, i had it in my mind to write a review the next day - and that's what i'm doing right now.

Not working since the ist day , tried to lodge complaint ample of time but not got any response .

Usually I do not write any review, but today bound to do. Received this product on 1st May 2022. On seeing the level I surprised-Date of improt May2018. Usually a rechargeable battery lose it potentiality over time keeping it idle. I recharge the battery for 8-9 hours and ran the shaver without using it for shaving. It ran only 18 minutes. Next recharge it give 20 minutes. Then I contacted customer service more than 5 times in 9 days and every time they refused to replace or return. They said it was a non returnable item. But there is a provision, if an item found defective Amazon replace it or refund the amount. But the customer service person refused to do anything for this order. The quality of shaving is without my experience. So buy this as a show piece.

Got the product on 5th and using it till writing the review. The main job of the product is shaving and the performance has tremendous 'wow' factor. I have used many kinds of electric shavers, but none can come parallel to its performance not even a philips one. The smoothness after shave effect is truly awesome. But I am confused over an issue. The shaver has a print that it is a dry shaver, even the manual says it is forbidden to clean it in water. But Amazon says it is a dry and wet shaver, even it advertised that it is IPX7 water resistant. And I am following Amazon instruction that is using it as a wet shaver. After 10 days it has not given me any trouble. Do not know about the future. One more problem which I am facing is the coating of the head cover is getting wiped out. I don't think it would hinder any problem to its performance.

No spares available by mfg namely the blades and since Chinese product it performance was good.But since it was Chinese product giving 3 points

Battery Backup is not upto the mark

Using second shaver in 3 years. Much Much better than useless but costly Phillips.1 charge Lasts for 5 shaves. It gives a close shave which many people think is impossible for an electric shaver. Using electric shavers for the last 8 years and this is the best.
