I bought these fiber gummies for my almost 2 year old daughter. She suffered from cronic constipation, always having super hard balls for stool. I tried many other things before finally getting these. Bow, she get three gummies a day and her stools are amazing! As a parent I'm sure you understand how important our babies poos are! So glad I got these for her and now I am worry free when it comes to her bowel situation.

My 4 year old deals with moderate chronic constipation due to being an extremely picky eater and not getting enough dietary fiber so these really help her along with drinking ample amounts of water and if necessary a tiny bit of mirilax once in a blue moon (which I hate doing but I only do when absolutely necessary). Obviously it's fiber not a laxative so it's not an overnight relief type of thing but will get you or your child on the right track. My daughter had pretty quick results but everyone is different. She still deals with some constipation but not as bad or as often. It really eases my mind knowing she is getting the fiber she needs now as before I was always stressing over her refusing her fruits and veggies and feeling so sad for her seeing her in pain and discomfort..it is a very stressful ordeal for a little one when they cannot go potty. The gummies are part of her daily routine along with her gummy vitamins and they taste great! She says everyday "it's time for my gummies!!!" And likes picking out which flavor she wants that day so she really likes the taste! Hoping she grows out of the eating habits sooner than later. Being a vegetarian myself it is puzzling..I mean who doesn't love veggies!???!!!? My kid that's who;) All in all I am extremely satisfied!!!

My daughter has struggled with constipation for years, and I have never been able to bring myself to give her Miralax (or other drinks of the sort). I decided to try these, and they have been miracle workers! I found that 2 a day relaxes her too much, but one a day keeps her regular without any problemsnof constipation anymore. Hooray!

We recently switched my son to this brand of fiber gummies and they work almost instantaneously! We pair them with a daily probiotic so he’s regular but they totally work! The first few days his poop was really dark, like almost black and lots of it so it’s hard telling if he was just really backed up or what but be aware. We are sticking with this brand from here on out!

I have a child with "tummy troubles" off and on. But if I give probiotics plus one of these every day, we don't have any problems. My kids love the taste of these, too.

My 6 year old was on medication that caused constipation. The doctor recommended these and they are working like a charm. I was worried to order a pack of 3, since i was fearful that they wouldn't taste good. But that's not the case - my daughter takes these with no problem. I even taste tested them myself.

My LO loves these gummies and would eat the whole bottle if I let her. These are a treat for her that she gets whenever she does something good and so far have helped making potty time a little easier. We still have our issues, but it wasn't as traumatic the last time. I am hopeful it will continue to get better. Also, good luck not wanting to eat a handful yourself. I tried one before giving to my LO and I wanted more myself :)

I bought these for my 7 yr old son, to give him an extra fiber boost. While they tasted fine and had no problem with him taking them, I didn't really notice any kind of a change. I think it varies person to person, but in our case something else has worked better.
