Update:My first product arrived damaged, and not with the full 16Oz. After contacting seller they did their best to make it right and send me another one. Great communication and service. The starter seemed very strong. Scoby is starting it’s first batch tonight!Original post:This was advertised as a SCOBY with 16 oz of starter tea. the package contained 8 oz total, with a very small, nearly paper thin scoby. Definitely not as advertised. Disappointed. I'll haven't yet used it to brew, so I can't comment on the actual quality of starter and how well it ferments/flavors.

Agree with the previous review
The size of it was very small and there wasn't more than 8 oz of liquid, it is now fermenting, it suck initially but after about 3 days came to the top and there is a skim covering the top. Its my first attempt and I believe there may be mold on it, I'll check this weekend. I was fermenting in the garage, and it was 95 out this week and the mold may have come from the being too warm.
