Yes, they are fairly cheaply made, but don't look bad at a distance, which is what I wanted them for. And the bells added a nice, festive touch which lasted well for three weeks through all kinds of wind and weather. Be aware that the bells are glued to the ribbons. They would be more secure if actually wired on. Never-the-less, we had some very windy days here and they stayed on.

I bought a very nice outdoor wreath but without any adornments. Found these bows for a great price and attached one to my door wreath. It was perfect and the velvet double-bowed ribbon was very attractive. I was a little sad that the bells attached to the streamers fell off and needed to be hot glued back on. Nice size for a 24" wreath and the other bow looked pretty over my mantel mirror.

They were very nice. Definitely for indoor use only. For the low cost they were surprisingly nice.

Smaller than I thought they would be, but good price and good quality.

Not great for outdoors as they started coming apart within 2 weeks.
