Gorgeous, sturdy, roomy, and lightweight.
I got this backpack today and so far it really looks sturdy and the color is beautiful. I worry about the wheels being small and might hit the ground. Its roomy and I love all the pockets. I wish it had another one though on top. I love the backpack and it looks like it will last. By the way, I got it for nursing school because the books are heavy for regular backpack.

We really love this bag. Well made and great color choices.
Very nice bag. Well made. My son loves it. Purple is his favorite color and it’s hard to find a purple that is not super girlish. We live in a climate with lots of rain and this bag is holding up nicely and keeping stuff dry. I have debated on getting a wheeled bag for my son for a couple years now Usually by the end of the day he is exsausted and his school stuff is just getting heavier every year. P

Outstanding bag, but consider the 22" version if you want to carry a 17" laptop
I purchased the 20-inch model in purple. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.*** LIKES ***Storage. You can pack a ton of stuff into this bag. There are plenty of convenient pockets to hold everything you need.Maneuverability. Until now I've used rolling backpacks with two wheels to carry my laptop and other supplies between work and home. This 4-wheel backpack is much more maneuverable and easily rolls through revolving doors (unlike my 2-wheel). The wheels roll incredibly smooth.Appearance. The purple color is *really* sharp and attractive.Durability. It's lightweight, but also very durable.*** DISLIKES (deduct 1/2 star) ***Buckled straps. The straps attach to the bag with plastic buckle clips that could get caught on something and break (especially under an airplane seat). A broken clip means you no longer can use this bag as a backpack. They are also awkward to store when not in use. If you don't fold them just right they don't store properly. I would prefer stitched-on, non-detachable straps that can be folded against the back of the bag and covered with a zip-up flap.Storing a 17" laptop in the 20" bag. It will hold a 17" laptop as advertised, but only if you put it in the laptop pouch in the front of the main compartment and leave enough room for it to tip back about 2-3 inches. You have to pull the zipper up and over the laptop to close it, which could reduce durability. If you pack enough stuff behind the laptop you won't be able to close the zipper. Consider the 22" version if you intend to transport a 17" laptop in this bag.

I thought this would be a wonderful backpack for my middle schooler who doesn’t have a locker. The wheel broke within the first month. Returned.

Great, versatile backpack!
This is s great backpack. I haven't taken it flying yet, so I'm not certain how it fits under the seat, which I will need, I'm not strong enough to lift it over my head trip put in the overhead shortage bin. I heard they shrunk the seating arrangement, even more on some airlines, so who knows? But for what I mainly use this for, my gym pool gear, bathing suit & towel, it's very helpful. It's a cool shade of people. I was worried about all that brand type on the bag, I didn't want that, originally, but it's not as bright on the product, as it appeared in the pics, so I'm okay with it. The compartments are great, it's a little slim to fit a rolled up towel with a wet bathing suit in, but I may change the way I do that. Currently, I have to tug at it a great deal, top get it out of the bag. I may get a water proof bag to hold my wet bathing suit, in the future, and just stick the bag in my backpack. So far, any wetness that occurs at the pool, when showering, dries very quickly and everything stays nice and dry in the back pack. The clean wheel feature is great, if you decide to carry the backpack, but I always roll it. The tuck away straps are great, when you roll the backpack. Also, I LOVE the straps and double water bottle pockets on this pack! I store my water noodle in those pockets and strap it down while rolling around.

Will start falling appart in less than a month.
I bought this bag because many reviews mentioned that the wheels did not make noise. Which is true. BUT! this bag has a worse ploblem than noisy wheels, the handle actually makes this nonstop squeaky noise and it’s alread falling appart ready to break. I bought this bag 5 weeks ago and 2 weeks after the problem started. Supposedly this bag comes with a warranty, but it’s really not convenient to ship your bag to be fixed a month after buying it. If you’re looking for a reliable bag this is not it.

Good quality, well made
I needed a bag that would work as a carry on, hold my 17" laptop, and work as a roller or backpack, and this is the only one I found that checked off all those boxes. It's a bit of a tight fit for a 17" laptop, and leaves the top 4 inches or more of laptop sticking out of the padded inset. It leaves the top corners of the laptop feeling a little exposed - when you close the backback, that edge of the laptop is covered only by the nylon of the outer layer. I added a neoprene sleeve to give my laptop a little more protection, and that fits into the inset, but makes closing the bag a little harder. Overall, a pretty good purchase, just be aware that the 20" is not a super comfortable fit for larger laptops.
