Good looks, mediocre function
This bag is passably functional. It is attractive, and the outer surface is thick enough to protect the contents from abuse. The handles are too long. The hook inside for you hangers is too far down from the top of the bag; the hook should be right up at the top so that the bottom hem of the suit doesn't get crumpled. Final word on this bag is: looks great.

A good design buy poor quality of zippers
The quality and looks of the bag are good. But the zippers gave up within 3-4 months

The Pocket at the back side could have been modified ...
The Pocket at the back side could have been modified with a chain below to put it on a Laptop strolley handle. Customised hangers could have been included with the bag.

Faulty handle
Just used the product for the first time and with a single jacket inside, the handle just broke off!!
