My Theater Wearable Neckband Bluetooth Speaker Universal, Black (EM-W100UBK)

Where I work (overnight shift at The Home Depot) we are not allowed to have earbuds or headphones on while we work because of safety reasons related to being able to hear announcements called over our PA system or being able to hear the heavy lift equipment as they travel throughout the store, as well as a few other reasons.We are allowed to use speakers since those allow us to hear our surroundings, but I didn't want to try to deal with carrying a speaker with me in my apron, or in my hand, or in my cart, so I looked for alternatives. I found that this type of shoulder speaker looked promising, so I bought this one. It allows me to listen to music, or podcasts, or make phone calls while at work. The speakers are close to my ears, and remain close to my ears as I walk around the store, so I don't need to have the volume very loud to be able to enjoy what I'm listening to. Some of my coworkers have large water bottle sized speakers to listen to, but they have to have the volume loud because they are moving around the aisles while their speaker remains on their kart.Great product for listening to music and other audio.I've tried using it to play games on my PC though, and the audio is almost 1 second behind what is displayed on my PC's monitor. However, this delay is gone and audio is perfectly synced when watching video (Netflix, Youtube, system or app sounds) on my phone (Pixel 3a)

Bought this to use with a non blue tooth TV. There were NO instructions on how to use the dongle. Tried different ways to make it work non of which worked. Contacted the My Theater people but didn't get an answer. Works great with my phone via blue tooth. Which is why I'm keeping them. FYI, the TV I tried to use them on had a UBS port and a 3mm Audio Out plug. Not sure why it doesn't work. We use head phones that plug into the 3mm Audio Out and they work find.

Pictures does not show that you have to plug in a aux cable into the TV for the sound volume was very low even when the volume was maxed out was looking for something to hear sound from the speakes but as well as the TV

Very slim and light, I use them through blue tooth as a replacement for earbuds. I have been wearing them everywhere for a many months now, I use them both for making phone calls and for listening to podcasts and music. Unlike some of the other brands they are not obtrusive and not too heavy. I hardly remember that I’m wearing them half the time , also they’re not so bulky that people notice them the sound quality is fairly good, not excellent but good enough for day-to-day. The microphone works well enough for phone calls and I am in fact dictating this review through them right now. there are situations where they’re not quite loud enough and also situations where the connection is somewhat tenuous I assume that’s because the receiver is on one side of the unit and if my phone is on in my pocket on the other side, sometimes it glitches but I can walk across the room from my phone or pad a good distance without loosing connectivity. All in all a good day to day device that has proven itself reliable. It also charges fairly quickly.I bought this thing because I wanted the Bose version but I wasn’t sure if I would actually use it. I tried the Bose over the neck speaker set and it was very heavy, great sound but at almost $500. I didn’t want to take the risk that I would buy it and never use it, so I bought this to find out whether or not it was a useful item for me. I didn’t use this unit for a while but then when I did pick it up, I found it to be of great utility for a day-to-day use and I think it’s better than the Bose for this purpose because the Bose is much larger and heavier and I don’t think I would’ve used it as much. All in all I’m quite happy with this product. It’s not perfect but what is these days? it does the job the sound is good, the connectivity is good and the microphone is not prone to generate distortions and noise like the microphones on my Bose Soundsports produced, and I say this because I used to get all kinds of complaints about excess noise from my environment while I was trying to have a conversation and I never get them with this product. I think these are worth the money as a replacement for earbuds. Their general utility has been very useful to me. And they didn’t cost an arm and leg.

I received my order in time, but the sound is not expected as i read in some reviews. I expected sound like a theater but its like sound ridiculous , I return my order because its waste my money! I love sounds specially jazz and pop, but this item is not recommended to the buyers specially to those music lover. but it's up to you guys if you won't Tess this product. good lock for your experience in this theater sound, oh boy poor sounds!

I purchased this to use primarily because I'm working from home these days and I'm on the phone a lot! I had purchased a different brand, slim neck speaker which was a less expensive than My Theater. Yet at full volume it was difficult to hear the other person on phone. Next I tried the Monster. I was very impressed by the sound quality. It truly was like listening in 3D! The downside for me, it was too bulky. I'm a big guy with big shoulders, yet I always knew it was there. Today, I received My Theater. Within 10 minutes, I knew this was "it"! The volume is loud and solid and clear. It too felt like listening in 3D. But the best part is that its so slim, and I dont even feel it around my neck. I would highly recommend!!!

Its pretty cool for what it is, but the sound is not quite there yet. I can't wait til the next gen comes out. For the ps4, in fps (first person shooter)the bullets and footstep sound pretty cool, but the explosion sound off. That's probably the lack of bass, but other than that pretty good. Doesn't work well for driving, the road noise is too loud. For at home. :)Update: I had it over a month. I've tried using it for riding a bike, the wind noise is strong, you can hear it but it's not as loud. But this product works great at home with the Switch, Ps4 and PC. I don't have Xbox so not sure at that one. Overall though great product. I would buy again if I lost or broke it.
