Does the job
I have a bad knee... old injury, and this pillow cushions my knee from hitting my other leg. I use it every night. I can not sleep without it.

Still hard to get on and off
It is great to have an additional cover so that it can be laundered. But the zipper needs to be larger. It is very difficult To get on and off. The plastic zipper will not last.

Just what I needed for my Cushy
After a year of nightly use the tiny zipper tab on the cover of my Cushy knee pillow finally snapped off. I could see from the get go that it would only be a matter of time before the skimpy tab would break off. Fortunately, the makers of the Cushy knee pillow sells replacements identical to the original. Even though a sturdier tab would probably have lasted longer the case still rates 5 big stars, just like the pillow! I wouldn't be without either!

Cozy comfort
I love this pillow. I have scoliosis related back pain and sleeping with this pillow has been the best present I have ever received! The pillowcase it came with had just become too torn up so I ordered a replacement case. The first one came with a broken zipper, but Amazon fixed that for me quickly. This one seems to be doing well. Minus a star on the durability of the zipper, but the pillowcase is otherwise soft, easy to wash, and a perfect fit.

Zipper broke for one
Ordered 2. Zipper broke for one. The other one is holding up fine but pill-y. Reordering one more but till carefully pay attention to return date this time.
