A must-read if you’re into fitness, healthy eating and overall wellness!
If you’re into fitness, healthy eating and overall wellness, this is most definitely the right book for you.This is a marvelous resource to have nearby if your goal is to lose weight in a healthy and long-term manner. Of course, this extends to other aspects as well, such as if you want to restore your energy levels in a more natural way.Also, this book is perfectly suited if you’re a vegan or vegetarian, as the majority of the recipes contained in this book is geared toward either of these. As a result, the author put a lot of emphasis on reducing the amount of meat and dairy, as well as keeping the recipes gluten-free and as natural as possible.All in all, this collection of recipes is a wonderful starting point for you if you find the Macrobiotic Diet Theory a bit too complicated. Here, the author cleverly takes out the complexity and allow you to get started right away with providing the reader with creative suggestions for cooking.I have not gone through all of the recipes but from those I’ve tried thus far, I will have a lot of delicious and nutritious dishes to look forward to.Well done!

Energy, Energy!!
Not a diet, but a lifestyle change!! This is another good read from Marta. Energy is the foundation of creating a healthy fitness routine. She addresses the Energy issue head on. I don't know anyone over the age of 25 who doesn't want more energy and some of what she disucsses and recipes offered I have already assimilated in my lifestyle. However, this book clearly has shown me that I can go even further. And with the wonderful recipes offered, there is just no excuse not to!!

Great Book with heaps of recipes.
I grabbed this book after reading Marta’s other book The Alkaline Diet Spiced Up!. I’ve always been interested in the Macrobiotic Diet but did really understand what is was. I found the explanation in this book really clear and straightforward. Like The Alkaline Diet Spiced Up! this ebook has over 50 recipes. I’ve now got more than 100 healthy recipes. Thanks Marta.

Macrobiotic Diet has some recipes for everyone!
This author is very informative. Marta is very knowledgeable about this subject. My diet is far away from a Macrobiotic Diet, but I would like to integrate some of these recipes into my diet. There are a lot of great recipes that anyone would enjoy. It's never to late to make better diet choices and begin a healthier lifestyle. Maybe one day, I will eventually get there. Thanks!

Very interesting book.I been running into a lot of diet type of books lately and it is very interesting to see what is out there in terms of wellness. This book has a wide variety of unique recipes. I will continue experiment with different recipes to see if my skills improve.Recommended.

Great book!
This book contains a ton of information about the Macrobiotic diet. The writer has a pleasant writing style and gives you a lot of information. Besides that the book really is full of dishes that are not only easy to prepair, but are also delicious. This is a helpful book. Try it yourself!

This book is a summary of what the author read online about the super basics of macrobiotics. It is written as a blog with no editing. The recipes are what somebody that knows basic cooking would prepare every day but doesn't have much to do with macrobiotics. Because it is not totally useless but has some non-macrobiotic recipes that one can use, I am giving it 2 stars.

More than just a recipe book.
Marta knocked the ball out of the park with this one even though it is just the first of a series ( her words). The theory found in the front of the book is well worth the price of admission. Then add the recipes and you have one heck of a book.
