Sportsman's Best Kayak Fishing

I loved this book!! It had some great ideas and some 'must haves' for kayak fishing. I'm new to the sport and I picked up a lot of general knowledge about kayaks that allows me to ask more intelligent questions from manufacturers and to be able to better plan a fishing trip whether it be for a couple of hours or a couple of days. I found the descriptions complete and understandable and the pictures helpful. There's a LOT of ground covered so to speak 'coast to coast' with the discussions of fish, tackle, methods and therefore not super-specific to any one area, but again, it gave me the information I needed to be able to ask better questions around the areas I fish. Loved the book! Highly Recommend it!!

Unlike a lot of what's out there, this is neither lengthy, dry text, nor is it an oversized "pamphlet" that lacks any meat like another popular Kayak Fishing book currently on the market. This little book covers everything and the DVD has great clips of the sports local gurus (Jerry McBride & Peter Hinck). If you are new to the sport, you will learn something and if you are already into kayak fishing, you will enjoy seeing what you know, ogling other kayaks, and picking up some new pointers (like using a section of pool noodle to hang your lures onto after using them rather than fumbling about to replace them wet & salty into your tackle box - brilliant.)A very fun book to read (and watch!)

Very fast delivery and the book was very interesting. My 17 year old grandson loved it.

I haven't really read all the way through it, but I got pretty bored. I didn't not learn much from it. Everything i did learn I could have just looked up online.

Great gift for Christmas

What you need to know and do at it's best. Fully packed with how-to's. The video is a great watch and learn product. Well worth the money.
