Fundraising Principles and Practice 1st Edition

I found the amount of research that went into writing the book to be excellent. I found the section on fundraising planning of great value. Most other books I have read on fundraising jump straight into fundraising methods. I also liked the fact that the authors highlighted fundraising as a profession. The book is worhty of its title. Before you get to the practice of fundraising you need to understand the principles behind it all. This book does just that. If you have to raise funds for your organisation, this book needs to be on your bookshelf.

Very good, clearly written book about fundraising. I particularly like the section on the history of fundraising. It is also easy to look up specific subjects.

The book is full of very good concepts about fundraising. It equate lay covers the industry. However I found a bit dry, my mind wandered and I had re-read sections.

it's in perfect condition! Really nice textbook

Book came quickly and in good condition except...it was really dirty. Like turn my hands black dirty. I wiped it off with a wet cloth and it is fine, but...weird that it came so dirty.

I had to get this book for a graduate course. It gives a lot of information, although a bit long at times. It covers all aspects of fundraising for non-profits. I may read it sometime again in the future

Full of good theory but practical in every direction
