Don’t buy
The media could not be loaded. If I could have given this review a minus I would have. Don’t buy this product, I brought two of these Piz Buin lip balms, when they arrived they were broken, the lip balm wasn’t attached to the inner tube so wouldn’t twist up, they fell out. Not only that but they have a no return policy so can’t send back or exchange.

This item has arrived it doesn’t wind up! It’s completely broken! I can’t find a way to replace it and it just says we can not return this item. Yes I know that but it’s completely broke.

Product missing
Great product, but not great that of the three ordered, I only have two complete products. Plus a cap - not much use without the product to go on. Don’t want to return the whole order, but unable to contact seller to advise, so hopefully they are reading this.
