This is my 3rd review of this product. Initially, I gave it 5 stars. It is beautiful, is made of quality materials, and warmed wax that made my whole house smell wonderful.However, out of the blue it just quit working - that is to say it no longer melted the wax. I tried a new bulb, different wax, & moving to a different outlet, all to no avail. It was still a pretty night light, but that's not its intended purpose. So I changed my review to 1 star...But I couldn't let it go, because it worked so well for 6+ months and it is so very pretty! Eventually, what I determined was... This came with a light bulb. When it burned out, I put in another bulb. Most regular night light bulbs are 4W or 7W. I *believe* what this came with was a 15W bulb, so I tried a 15W bulb and... YAY! - it is melting the wax again! (Doh!)... So, the moral of the story is: ** BE SURE TO USE 15W BULBS! **(That information may have been in the paperwork enclosed with the warmer, but who reads/keeps that?)

Typical plug in warmer, plug DOES rotate
Melts the wax I got at Walmart just fine, not amazingly, but adequate to get smell. Plugs into wall as securely as my other name brand (Sentsy) plug in warmer does - these types of warmers are just top heavy and will always lean a little forward, it's the nature of the beast. Some reviewers mentioned that they couldn't rotate the plug part (their outlets are upside-down I guess) but mine rotated with ease - as soon as I pulled out on it first. There are arrows on the plug shaft pointing out as well as side to side. You have to pull out on the plug, THEN rotate AS you're pulling out. It doesn't say to do that exactly in the instructions, but there are arrows on the shaft indicating an outward movement as well as a rotating movement.

Beautiful but such poor quality do not purchase it will be broken within a week's time
These are beautiful I absolutely love them however the design is quite poor they break very easily they drip wax all over the place and they last for about a week before they stop working which is unfortunate I have purchased over 20 of these because I just thought they were so pretty and I thought maybe if I was just more gentle with it but nevertheless the design and quality of this product is so poor that it cannot make up for how pretty it is it is a complete headache and the seller is terrible in so much as they don't bother to do anything about it unfortunately it's a beautiful product but it is very cheaply and poorly made

Perfection!
Fabulous! It has a deeper well than one I used to have, plus it has a 3rd prong that stabilizes it when plugged into an outlet. (See picture) This means when you use the switch to turn it off, the warmer will not wobble, spilling wax in the event you have the well overfilled. I'd like to share this: I had an expensive candle that could not be burned any more. When the wax that was left hardened, I removed some of it & put it in this warmer, so I'm enjoying its sweet fragrance even more. This warmer must be very popular, as the price increased from $11.99 on December 26th to $15.99 today. It is beautiful and not as white in color as shown in the picture, but it coordinates very well with the tile in my kitchen. Love it.

Flipped over and poured wax all over my life.
Let me tell you about the worst thing to happen to me (not really, but for suspense)... I hosted Friendsgiving this year and bought two of these just before the party. I didn’t add wax to them until the day of the party because I wanted that super fresh scent. During the party, I opened a window, and with my foot directly under the warmer, it swiveled 180 degrees, and poured hot red wax all over my favorite pair of boots, the wood floor, and my white wall. Outwardly, I laughed it off, while I inwardly mourned the possible loss of my little booties. After the party was over, I moved a screen that was shielding the other warmer, and, it too, had flipped upside down. Luckily for that one, the warmer didn’t melt the wax, so it was still stuck in its tray. Otherwise, I would have had a second disaster-site to clean. After putting my boot in the freezer and chipping off as much of the wax as I could, I used a paper towel and blow dryer to heat and wipe away the rest of the wax. It’s not quite the same, but it’s wearable (thank God because, seriously, they are the best pair of boots I’ve ever owned). I had to basically do the same with the floors- chip away, heat with a blow-dryer, and wipe. It was a pain in the ass, and a waste of time, and just, no. Long story short: the warmers suck. Not only do they flip over, one of them didn’t even heat the wax! I didn’t return them because I had already thrown away the boxes, and I just didn’t feel like the hassle, so I’m using them as little nightlights (even though the sight of them gives me flashbacks). Don’t buy these unless you’re looking for a way to murder a pair shoes. It’s the perfect crime... except you have to clean up the scene, and it’s not fun.

Doesn't work properly for a long period of time, but very pretty at the beginning when first bought.
Amazing product at first, lasted a few months. Then the turn on, turn off switch stopped working and there was no way of shutting it off. Now I can not exchange it and the light bulb stopped working. I can not find a light bulb for it. Regular small light bulbs do not do the job, since they are not strong enough to melt the wax. I need help with this and I'm told the guarantee is done. Since it stopped working, I had put it away and forgot about it. Please do something about this. Louise

Ansich gute Verarbeitung aber...
...der Stecker ist das große Manko! Verbaut wurde leider nur der schmale und nicht vollwertige Schukostecker, sodass die Lampe immer in der Dose nur über die Steckkontakte gehalten wird und schräg hängt!!!Die Schale selbst ist hochwertig und entspricht jeglichen Qualitätsansprüchen.Ein anderer Stecker und ich würde Sie auch wieder kaufen, so aber Retoure...Schade
