I chose this product because it said it was a facial epilator but it's in fact a shaver. I knew the attachments were listed as trimmer or shaver but the main facial head was incorrectly listed as an epilator. I'm beyond disappointed as I actually used it thinking it was an epilator. I never would've put a shaver on MY FACE. However it works well. They just need to edit the description. I was given this device in exchange for a review.

Works like a charm. Actual product is prettier than pictures shown on listing - golder and shinier. Only used the facial hair trimmer, leg shaver and nose hair trimmer so far. Not sure how to use the eyebrow one.. Will be getting some of these as gifts for christmas for my friends and family. Good product. Love it and highly recommend to my fellow shoppers on amazon.

It is advertised as PAINLESS: that part is true, but only because it doesn't remove hair! Even fully charged, it's weak and imperfect. Maybe about 5% of any body hair anywhere is removed, but none of the attachments improved this "Hair Removal" product. It's poorly constructed with the cheapest plastic, and doesn't even take care of the short upper lip hair. Don't waste money on it!
