Nido Instant Full Cream Milk Powder, Substitute for Fresh Milk, for Tea & Coffee 400 g Tin (Pack of 6)

This NIDO powdered milk makes up into Very nice Milk. It is also an excellent standby in pantry during winter when we cannot venture out on ice or when snowed in, and was equally excellent to have during covid lockdowns when we shielded. Personally we found we could recreate the likes of our usual semi-skimmed fresh milk by making up the powder at a much increased dilution, even to the extent of 50g to the litre as opposed to its stated 130g. That also added to its value for money.I last purchased only 3 weeks ago when this was a set of 6 x 400g tins, and had already re-ordered on subscribe & save to get some for son in flat; however have had to cancel as the item description inexplicably changed yesterday to a single tin of strawberry milkshake powder and of only 300g but at the same higher price as previous set of six tins of milk! You couldn't get more random? There seems no way to query this or report error, so we will have to wait until listing errors get sorted out before having again; do hope that is soon. We like the milk so much we will be trying other sizes of tin on separate listings, hoping to get the excellent milk.

Always running out of milk? Always tipping out of date milk down the sink? This milk powder is superb and makes a lovely, creamy coffee. I also cook with it and it is very palatable. Tastes a little UHT, however, when there’s a blizzard blowing outside and you really want to stay in your slippers, it’s a huge relief knowing you’ve got this milk as a back up. Highly recommended.

August 24 use by date but if unopened lasts for years and years more.4 heaped teaspoons in measuring jug followed by 250ml filtered water makes nice creamy milk not far of the real thing.Bought in Amazon promo £7 off if delivered to amazon pickup locker but have known about the 1 x 2.4kg going for under a tenner from time to time but glad I got 6 x 400ml as it means I can long store 5 in case I want to bug out.

This is an old, long standing favorite. I first used it overseas after a hurricane disrupted fresh milk supplies. Quality control by Nestle is superb. This is a top quality product. Flavour is as natural as you can get for a processed product. It is very convenient and economical to use, although it is expensive. If you want dairy instead of non-dairy substitutes, this is the go to option. Quality 5* , overall 4*+ because of its price. Best of its kind. Highly recommended 👌.

The best thing about this milk is that you can make it as watery or as creamy as you'd like. It's a great staple to have in your pantry. The most cost-effective way to buy this product is via subscribe and save. I've been using this product for many years and I really like it. It has a long shelf life. Just wish it was cheaper!

Quite a rich and creamy taste to this product. always a good back-up for when you run out of fresh milk. The kids will love it on cereal

Nido powdered milk is one of the best powdered milks around I have been having this while I was in Bangladesh, and now I’m having it in UK I am just used to powder milk I give it to my four-year-old boy who absolutely loves this milk.
