Easy to use and read!!Buttons work great and timer alarm is great volume level, not super loud and annoying but definitely loud enough to hear it!

Stopped working after a couple months. Kids used it to time themselves when brushing their teeth. The screen is not clear and the buttons are hard to press. Wish they fix quality control issues and make the buttons more responsive.

Works as expected. My only concern is that the display is continually on, no way to shut it all the way off. Loud alarm, easy to program.

Original: I was really excited to get my produce, but it came broken! If I pick it up it sounds like something is moving around inside (as if a piece is broken) It also won't turn on. I thought it may be the fault of the battery, but I used one of my own batteries and it still isn't working. :(It's very cute though...just wish it would workUPDATE: I had replied to the friendly message regarding appreciation for my purchase and the company responded back immediately. They apologized for the problem: it was probably shipping and handling and offered me the option of either a refund or a replacement. It's a very cute design and I'm excited to get a new one. I must say that their customer service is very personable, fast, an honest. Highly pleased. I would give them 5/5 stars just for that!

I bought this for a unique use, to use as a timer in an airplane when flying timed turns. The first issue I have with it is there is NO POWER BUTTON, so to turn it off, you have to take the batteries out. Also, this timer is NOT backlit so in the dark, you cannot see it at all. Thirdly, and this is my own issue (not an issue of the timer), is there is no magnetic surface in the airplane interior so I can't stick it to anything...I have to clip it to like my shirt or seatbelt in my lap.The timing features are great; you can have it count up, or you can quickly change it to countdown from a pre-set time amount. I wanted to return it but they charge $5.99 in shipping costs, which is more than I purchased it for so I would of sent it back and got no money back.

The stand and spring were separate from the timer and when installed, were loose and did not lock into place. So basically, useless. No stand, no magnet back (attached to stand). Timer works and battery was provided.

I haven't had this timer long enough to be sure about the battery life, but so far I like it a lot. The pink color is really nice. My physical therapist uses this timer, and I thought it would be nice to get one like the one they use because it would encourage me to keep up the exercise regimen at home with something familiar, and it does!
