No instructions and not as pictured.
All I got was suction cups, zip ties, and a metal grating. No aerial tubes, no semi circul caves. The grating can't even be bent. On top of that, is it even aquarium safe metal? Honestly I'm disappointed and I'm sending it back.

Definitely silicon - silicon holds its shape - no warping or popping off once stuck.
