Hey yall, just wanted to leave this review for others who might be on the fence with this product. I have been taking it for 3 weeks consistently and have noticed changes in my mood, my energy, and my overall health! This supplement, along with intermittent fasting for 16hrs a day and a total 180° in my eating habits has no only allowed me to drop 20 pounds in a short period of time, but I just feel GOOD. I had my last period from the 5th to the 10th of July, and I started taking this on July 13th. No, I am not pregnant (yet!🤞) but this supplement has regulated my cycles and for the first time is YEARS I ovulated 😭 I have 1 daughter who is 9 and we have been trying to have a 2nd since she was 2. Now some people may think this is TMI but I want to be real so other women in my situation don't feel alone and helpless. Her bio father isn't in the picture, but she has a dad who has raised her since she was 1.5yrs old. Now I always thought it was his fault we haven't had any more because I already had a kid when we met, so its not me, right? Not the case.. we suffered 2 miscarriages early on (around the first 2 years of our relationship) and haven't had a positive test since... I have never been formally diagnosed with PCOS, but after BEGGING the ER nurse for an ultrasound and to not just shoo me away with an 800mg ibuprofen script, I saw what I knew to be true all along. MULTIPLE (probably in the high teens to 20's) cysts on my ovaries. Ever since I was 12-13 when I got my first cycle, my periods have NEVER been regular. I'll either bleed for 27 days straight or not at all for 6 months. Since taking control of my health and taking these supplements, I have noticed nothing but positive changes!! I am currently on my period now (1st day of my cycle, 8/5/22) and I can already tell the difference; the pain is usually excruciating and the bleeding nothing short of heavy, ans this is literally the most smooth period I've ever had 😂 I'm still cramping, but not to where I can't get out of bed or do any daily tasks. It's literally a light twinge that goes away after a few minutes. I'm hoping after this cycle we get good news 🤞 if not, I'm still going to continue using this supplement because it works wonders for my PCOS and next we will try using male Fertility supplements to promote motility in the sperm 😀 I hope this gives some hope and courage to those that are trying so hard to not only grow their family but change the way PCOS effects all of us!! (SIDENOTE) I have also been taking this coq10 along with the Myo every day, it helps dissolve the cystic fibroids on my ovaries to promote uterine and fallopian health after being destroyed by these cysts!

This pandemic has taken a strain on my body!! I know I am not eating right. My activity is down. I am stressed. And my PCOS is starting to flare. I was looking at something to help with some of the PCOS symptoms I have been struggling with. Let’s start with me: I am not overweight by any means (currently 136 lbs at 5’ 6”) and I get a period monthly. However my periods are annovultory. I am what you would consider “thin PCOS”. I don’t have he traditional outward symptoms, but the inward symptoms are all there! I have been taking the myo inositol and d chiro for three months. Along with a prenatal vitamin and a probiotic. This is what I noticed- Pros: •This product really gave my sex drive a boost! My husband and I have been neglecting our sex life. Mostly because of me being so tired. This has woken up some hormones and now we are back to a 2-3 times a week schedule! •The sex drive boost came with a huge boost in energy! I feel more awake during the day. I am getting more things done. I am not feeling exhausted all the time anymore. •with the boost in energy came a very small weight loss....about 7 lbs. Gained that 7 lbs during the quarantine months!! Again I am not overweight by any means, but it was nice to lose what I gained. •This stuff has curbed my appetite!! Most days I would crave carbs and sugar. Now around 3:00 when I usually feel “snacky”, I don’t! I also find myself choosing better options for meals and snacks. I don’t fill my plate at meal times anymore. Some days at mealtimes I am not even that hungry. •My mood has improved immensely!!! I feel happy and balanced. •I have also noticed that my skin has improved!! I used to get very mild breakouts that would come and go with my cycle. Now I think I have had only one or two zits in the last 3 months! •My cycles were all over the place. One month I would have a 27 day cycle. The next a 24 day cycle. Then a 29 day cycle. And a 26 day cycle. The last 3 months I have had 3 perfect 28 day cycles. •I used to have 3 to 4 days of spotting leading up to my period. Last two months I have had one day of spotting then the next day my period would start. •I have been sleeping great!! Before taking this product I woke up a few times during the night. •I used to have some smaller skin tags. Noticed them after having my son 4 years ago. About a month into taking this product a few of them have shrunk and two are completely gone!! •The main thing here is ovulation. Have I ovulated? Not sure. Since I always get ovulation pains mid cycle and OPKs are positive during the week I supposedly ovulate. I want to say I think I did last month. However I am not pregnant right now....we will see Cons: •The cramping....oh the cramping!! I hardly ever got cramps during my period. If I did, they were very mild and lasted a couple of hours. The last 3 months have been awful with the cramping during my period. And lasting several days on and off. I have read that this product helps with the cramping. That just was not the case for me! •I noticed the last two cycles my bleeding was heavier. And contained more clots. •The first month and a half I took this I noticed some diarrhea. I also have IBS so that didn’t help matters at all!!! Also some nausea when I first started taking this. After about a month it subsided. This product reminds me a lot of metformin when I used to take it. However with less/mild side effects. I have finished up my 3 month supply and ordered another bottle straight from the manufacture (Wholesome Story). This time I got the Myo inositol and D-Chiro with folate and D3 added. My body definitely feels better than it did 3+ months ago. If anything his product helped with some of the symptoms I have been having. No baby yet! But curious to see what happens in the next few months!!! I would suggest trying this product! If anything it’s worth feeling better!!!!

I’ve been taking this inositol for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with it. I’ve noticed better mood balance and more stable energy throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. So far, so good — I’ll definitely keep repurchasing!

I have PCOS, and my cycles have always been very irregular. I can go 5–6 months without getting a period. I decided to try Inositol to see if it would help regulate my cycle. I ordered it on October 3 and took it consistently for about three months. At first, I noticed only minor changes, but I continued taking it. Toward the end of December, work became very busy and I started missing doses, eventually stopping altogether without realizing it. In January, I got my period. Then in February, I got my period again, something that almost never happens for me since I was diagnosed last 2019 with PCOS. Based on my experience, I strongly believe taking inositol for those three months helped trigger and regulate my cycle. Because of these results, I’ve purchased a new bottle and plan to start taking it again consistently. I also want to note that during that time, I was taking zinc and magnesium glycinate as well. Overall, I’m really encouraged by the results and excited to continue.

I have been consistently taking this for the last month and my insulin sensitivities have drastically reduced! I also have more energy. I bought the bigger bottle to continue taking it! No weird taste, easy to swallow!

Excelente calidad del producto me a ayudado para la resistencia a la insulina, la inflamación del vientre del estómago redujo bastante, y mi periodo de ser súper irregular se a vuelto exacto. Había probado otras marcas pero este vale cada centavo que cuesta 🙏🏼. Llevo 3 meses tomando este producto y justamente compré mi siguiente dosis de 3 meses más.

Llevo poco más de un mes tomándolo, los resultados han sido significativos, veo muchos comentarios donde a unas les sirven y donde no les sirven, pero son muchos los factores que determinar el éxito o el fracaso en el consumo de este suplemento. Por ejemplo yo estoy en edad adulta, con peso, glicemia y valores hormonales ya controlados, que actualmente consumen anticonceptivos combinados para el hiperandrogenismo causado por el SOP pero agregar este suplemento a mi tratamiento ha hecho grandes cambios como la pérdida total de la compulsión por comer, la sensación de saciedad más duradera, me da más gusto por consumir agua, me siento con mucha más energía, de mejor estado anímico, el pelo, la piel y las uñas se ven espectaculares, además y mi ciclo menstrual se acortó. Sin duda este suplemento tiene muchos beneficios si se complementa con hábitos alimenticios correctos y un régimen de ejercicio, el SOP depende mucho de la paciente y de su disciplina, yo tuve que bajar 12 kilos para poder sentir mejorías físicas, los medicamentos y suplementos recetado por mi ginecólogo en serio mejoraron mi cuerpo para la vida y función, al final la decisión es particular, yo lo recomiendo por encima de muchas marcas de las farmacias mexicanas. Recuerden que los medicamentos no son mágicos y que depende de muchos factores en el caso particular de este padecimiento que pueden potenciar los beneficios de las prescripciones hechas por profesionales de la salud :)
