It is expensive so I use judiciously. Ghee is not a healthy fat so use wisely. Taste is good.

Black mold on a new 1litre bottle
Do not buy this item, and I have serious concerns about the packaging of this item. A new bottle, when opened, had bugs on the top, and black mold appeared on the sides of the bottle. On removing the brand label from the outside found more such black mold pores were found. This is a serious health hazard; do not invest such a large amount in these brands.

I have ordered twice. It's good

Good but confused
The color is yellow and it taste fresh. The texture is not crunchy (danedar) and looks like any other Ghee. There is no wayi can check for its purity except trusting them. If the Ghee is as it is advertised then it should be good for health. I tried with 100gms and may be I won't try it again. I will may be try some other brand. The packaging is beautiful and sturdy. It is expensive and somehow it just looks to me like any other Ghee.
