Flat Iron Hair Straightener and Hair Curler Tool, 2 in 1 Straightening Curling Iron Negative Ions

I am extremely disappointed in this flat iron for several reasons. I received the item and it was beautifully packaged, however when I heated it up it not only made my hair staticky, but it also pulled out a few strands each time I tried to run it through my hair. Ouch! In the end, I looked at the plates and saw that there was also some sort of glue coming out from the sides of the plates, which showed that it was not good quality. I will continue my search for a good quality flat iron, which I am sure I can find for this same price!

I liked that it was a straightner and a curling iron. I am disappointed that it doesn't curl my hair easily. I can straighten my hair but it is not curling pretty like shown in videos. I was hopeful when I bought it but its a struggle to get it to curl my hair.

Works perfectly although it took time getting used to.

Not happy!

Didn't expect it to be a great product, but for the price I decided to give it a shot. Reviewers are correct that it is cheap plastic and pulls on the hair. I have fine hair, so that could be part of it. I researched the TYME iron, read reviews, and watched a TON of videos on how to use it. I was able to figure out how to make it work, but in the end, it was just destroying and burning my hair. I've heard the same about the TYME, so I doubt I'll try that either, especially for $200.

I've tried over and over again to get this thing to curl properly. It curls a little bit, but never how it is supposed to. Lame!
