which is better than I've seen with retinol alone
This is my second bottle. After six weeks taking one on average every other day, my just skin is softer (which I don't like) but does not sag, the laugh lines (25 years smoking, 15 months since quit) are less noticeable, and the crinkles around my eyes when I smile are mostly gone. The slight creases in my forehead are gone, which is better than I've seen with retinol alone. I use two other things that may be helping: a retinol cream (the only other thing that works for me, briefly) when I remember, and hyaluronic acid - the best aftershave ever. I will try remembering to take one a day because, after six weeks, I am seeing results - it looks good although my skin has a more gooey texture in my opinion. I wonder if it will last when I stop? Few things make a difference, this one does.

Improves hydration
Second time purchasing these, so apparently I do believe they are accomplishing something! :-p. I do not see any drastic difference in my skin, however hydration appears to increase when I take these versus when I do not. This is the most reasonably I've found on Amazon, so I will repurchase from this company.
