I just started taking this 1 an evening and it works very good . Sometimes it will make you go more than once. Be careful not to take more than 1.

I don't use a ton of yougevity because it's so ...
I don't use a ton of yougevity because it's so pricey but I NEVER run out of this stuff!! After having kids my digestive system just cannot work on it's own, especially if I even touch breads! With this stuff I can have a piece of bread at a fancy dinner or cake for desert and not be in serious trouble. Also if you take this regularly it begins to heal your gut. For instance if I go on vacation and forget to pack it I will be ok for a few days because it has build my intestines up enough to keep things moving on it's own for a few days. I never feel guilty for taking these every day because they are healing as well as keeping things moving.

Much more comfortable and reliable than laxatives and fiber/metamucil
Not sure about it's effectiveness with weight loss, but it is a miracle product for the difficult constipation that comes from medicine side effects. Much more comfortable and reliable than laxatives and fiber/metamucil. No cramping or gas. Love this product!

I don't think this is necessessary
I used this formula in combination with Purify and Detoxify formulas for parasites, as The Life Tree website recommends. I have a small framed body so have to take smaller doses than is suggested, so I took about 1/3 of a pill per day in warm water. This formula is effective at cleaning you out but you have to be careful and drink enough water throughout the day. Right now I use just plain ground flax seed as a laxative as it is much more gentle.
