Leg cramps be gone like what!
Bought these for nighttime leg cramps and they work like a charm with the added benefit of sleeping more sound and feeling better overall. I'm on my 4th or 5th purchase at this point as both my husband and I take 2 a day, every day. I'll continue to get these through Amazon. Great product at a good price!

Helps Sleep
I'm annoyed that they changed the amount in each pill. Now I have to take more pills to get the same amount of magnesium. Other than that it's a great supplement and noticeably helps my sleep schedule when taken regularly

Magnesium Succinate
My doctor wanted me to take Magnesium Succinate to help with nerve issues. This particular brand was the only one that has a sufficient amount of Magnesium Succinate and/or has Magnesium Succinate in it. I've just starting using it, so we'll see if it helps. The doctor feels that this may be a natural solution as opposed to taking Gabapentin, Lyrica and other types of these prescription medications. I have been able to stop taking the Lyrica since taking these for nerve damage. So far, it seems to be working quite well.
