This is an excellent training collar. It is well worth the price and the customer service is top notch!

I bought this product to train my two dogs to not run towards cars as they pull up in our driveway. I like that the collars will work long range but the reason I did not give this 5 stars is because the dial on the remote that determines which dog you are training is not very readable. The arrows are slightly raised but are the same color as the remote and can only be seen if it is turned at a specific angle to catch the light. I had to paint on my remote to easily see which dog I was correcting. Other than that I like this product for pet correction.

2 out of the three collars work properly, the green one will only vibrate or sound, the shock function will not work. I gave 5 stars because the other two are perfect. Easy to set up, easy to sync, and work better than other more expensive brands I have purchased.

Absolute waste of money biggest piece of trash ever purchased! Out of three collars one holds a charge for an hour! Can not be used at all since it doesn’t work. The remote holds a charge for two hours the collars don’t workAt all one held a charge for an hour and would only send a beep! Money wasted and the return policy is a joke! Will NEVER recommend this product or purchase again! Very disappointed with the whole experience and I’m out a lot of money. The product doesn’t even deserve one star but it’s the lowest option available.

I do not like the sleep mode. I use these collars to vibrate or deliver low static if they do not recall from something I want them to leave alone. The sleep mode interferes with being able to give a timely correction, meaning your dogs are not being trained effectively.I like that I can control two dogs on one remote. But I have decided the beep function will mean nothing to us because I have to press every few minutes to keep the collar awake. I like my previous collar much better - turn on and use whenever you need, no having to keep waking it up. This is a cheaper set so works OK for short training sessions, but if you need it for a length of time (over half an hour) then get a better system. My cattle dogs just need some recall reminders once in a while and the sleep mode drives me nuts. I can't imagine trying to really train a service or sport dog with this.

I have had this collar for 3 months now. This collar is one of the best purchases I have made for my dog. It is completely waterproof. My dog has swam with the collar multiple times and it functions perfectly in the water as well. The three functions, vibrate shock and beep all work great and are strong. I have used the collar close to the maximum range it will transmitt and it works perfectly. The sleep mode works very well also and helps save the battery life. I have used my collar for 3 days before having to charge it again. I highly recomend this collar and am very pleased with its perfomance.

I got this to help with my dog and when it arrived I followed the instructions and when it was fully charged and paired I was able to use it for one day and it worked great. After the first day it hasn't worked since. I have had it charging for days and have noticed that the receiver will not properly charge let alone hold a charge even while it is charging. The transmitter will no longer work even after I have re-paired it to the transmitter due to none of the vibration and sound and even the shock sides are not working. This product is a major disappointment and I would not recommend this product be in Amazon's offerings due to it poor performance. Pity that they cannot not do their own product review before trying to sell such a disappointing product.

Tried a few different units from Amazon then I stumbled upon this one. Works great. Easy to use handheld unit especially with the variable intensity knob. Good strong dog collars complete with leash attachment ability. Battery life is great and the range is awesome. My blue healers love to take off running and when they catch a whiff of something interesting, they become slightly hard headed. Beep them a couple of times, and bam, they are back. I would recommend this unit highly.
