Oculus VR won't work
Oculus VR doesn't work because this has an integrated instead of dedicated graphics card. So the graphics card does not have its own RAM, but uses the normal RAM.

Defective charger
The charger doesn’t work. Not happy as the box that it came from was not damaged. The laptop itself works well so far but the charger is defective

Fantastic for my video editing!!! (and taking on holiday :-))
Update 25/8/19: just got back from the States, took this and it was an absolute god send, the speed and portability of it combined with the screen size made it perfect (easily fitted in my backpack)Originally bought this for more of an all round powerful laptop, knowing that it would be good value as my daughter has been using a BBen for over a year now with no issues. With the spec's as high as they are, I knew that the whole family could get something out of it but I never expected to see the improvement in my PowerDirector 17 speeds. The example one in the video I've done, was for a sec production video. On my current Lenovo All in one, it took 24 seconds, this laptop brought the same production down to 14 seconds. And that's even after I'd upgraded the RAM on the Lenovo and put a 2T SSD drive in it!!Anyway, that now means that I can go on a long haul holiday now with something that is more than powerful enough to do what I want and at the same time let my son get his fix of Fortnite. I wasn't sure if he would use this Gaming Laptop, purely because he has the Xbox one that he plays the game on. However, once he'd figured out how to connect the Xbox remote to the Win 10 OS via Bluetooth, he loves it. He keeps going on about the refresh rate but I'm not sure if that's just wishful thinking. What is accurate though is that on the PC, Fortnight is a lot more configurable, and as such, I struggle to get him off it. The battery, isn't going to last for ever if you are maxing out on all the settings, but you can get another battery, keep it plugged in, or use a power pack like I do in the video. So, the spec's are high, the keyboard is very tactile and responsive (although the American layout so watch for the quotation marks and the '@' symbol), nice bright screen and hasn't struggled with anything that I've thrown at it yet. So all in all, and taking into account that this is the second BBen I've had, this is a cracking laptop, blisteringly fast, great that it has the SSD as well as the HDD and at a good, maybe great price when you compare it to more known brands. Definitely recommend...….
