Nutricost Vitamin K2 (MK4) 240 Capsules (100mcg) - Gluten Free and Non-GMO

Like most supplements- who knows if it does what it claims or has the real/correct ingredients. I just have to hope it does. Had no bad reactions taking them. No bad taste, easy to swallow, bottle labeled and sealed properly, nice serving size, reasonable price for the quantity. I also like that the capsule is not made from animals.

This vitamin is great for me b/c i am also taking vit d3 so to make vd3 work better i take vitamin k2
