Upgraded 100ft 720 LED Rope Lights, Indoor Outdoor Waterproof Rope Lights,White Rope Light for Deck,Background,Yard,Garden Bridges Decorations

These were installed spring of 2019 around the inside perimeter of my screened in porch. They have worked perfectly on a timed, constantly, winter and summer 365 for 4 hours coming on at dusk! ABSOLUTELY no problems. I’m only here now to potentially replace with the same brand if I’m not able to clean the mildew from them after 4 years. During daylight hours they appear to be black ropes in my decor, but after dark they are still as bright and lovely as ever! I’ll try to clean and put them back in place, if I cannot, I’ll be purchasing the exact same lights.

Nice lights when they are new. We used them outside and the sun quickly faded the exterior plastic tubing making the lights appear more dull. Many lights within the string burned out or otherwise stopped working. I won't buy these again as I'm wanting something that will last a bit longer when used outside.

I bought these to run around my 30ft above ground pool. They are pretty much ideal for that. See the pics. My wife and I are very pleased. The outer clear plastic is flexible but tough. Installation was easy. These lights come with the power adapter to covert to 24v so they are pretty safe to have in a pool like this. My pool is also bonded to code and has gfci protection so safety is considered. The power adapter is my only complaint. The power adapter itself is NOT waterproof. I wasn't worried about that except the adapter is too big to fit in a normal waterproof in use style outdoor outlet box. The adapter should be made wider but shorter to make it fit in the box that it would be used with whenever these lights are used outside. Overall I'm still very pleased but I do ask that you try to find an power adapter that is more appropriate for the use in a waterproof outdoor outlet. I'm going to have to try to find an outdoor box with a larger cover... The adapter itself has a screw in type connection to the rope lights so it shouldn't be a problem to change. The lights could also be a bit brighter. I'm still happy and I wouldn't want then too much brighter. Just maybe 20% or so. I'm still very happy with them overall.

Needed to replace an older set that was around our outside deck & steps that the animals chewed through that was up for years. This new set installed fast & are a lot brighter than the older model.

I put mine in the beginning of December and by end of January they no longer work. It's cny so I will wait for things to warm up and take them down. This is the second set of these I bought. They arrive on a wheel...but they seem to be second hand. Makes me wonder if they were returned fixed and resold. I bought same lights last year same thing happened. I thought it was a fluke...not so.

I bought 2 white rope light strings. This was the most I ever invested in Christmas Lights was hoping it would be an investment that would last for years. 🙄 But I guess not ☹️Worked great when I first wrapped the palm trees November of 2020. By the end of December 2020, one of the strings had a stretch in the middle that would no longer light up.I used them for a second Christmas season in 2021. Now both strings have a stretch of the lights somewhere in the middle that will NOT light up ☹️

Installed these lights around the parimeter of our pool. The end result looks fantastic and these lights seem extremely well constructed. It isn't as bright as I might have expected however my expectations may have been a little high. These are plenty bright for pretty much any use-case and definitely recommend them considering the price!CUTTING THESE ROPE LIGHTS:As I needed a very specific length for this job, I cut the cable to fit. As expected, the lights no longer worked after cut as the circuit was no longer complete. However with a bit of investigation, testing, and simple soldering I was able to make them work after cut.When cut, you'll note there are 3 wires inside the tube. Two of these wires need to be connected in order to complete the circuit. I can confirm that connecting the wrong onese together does not hurt anything as I tested all 3 possible connections. After soldering the correct two together, I taped off the remaining wire, and coated the end and connection in silicone. Works great!
