I took this back a few years ago and I came back to order it again. it does work be open and be still ,I had a great experience with this product .I know it works so if you are in the right path with this keep practicing oh yea and wear white as much as you can or when you can ! It simplifies your energy it expands it by 2 more inches out .

Everything checks out. Just for future reference, wrap the sage u in hemp or parchment paper so pieces of thw sage font debris the inside of the packaging. I certainly still have much gratitude for this package

I don't know about my 3rd eye being opened yet, but after my 2nd night of consuming these pills, I slept GREAT! The 1st night I took only one pill because I wanted to build myself up for taking more later as the directions stated. I didn't feel any different. The 2nd night, I took 2 pills and I woke up feeling GREAT as if I had a one of those deep sleeps that make you feel like a new person the next day. I don't remember dreaming at all, but that didn't matter since I woke up feeling like a new person. I usually have a lot of pain from my arthritis symptoms, but not after the 2nd night. I felt GREAT! Now for the other good part, I had to use the bathroom a few times while running errands & I felt like I was getting a deep cleanse of my insides. I know now to stay home until I'm fully done with this unexpected cleanse. It works better than anything I've tried before in that department. Maybe my 3rd eye will open once my gut is fully free of the junk. Lol! I'm going to try to see how this works for my dreams and stuff. I may update my review later. I gave it only 4 stars because I haven't had any lucid dreams.

I bought this product not because of the company's claims but after doing research online on the benefits of haritaki in general, looking for a pineal gland opener, and what I got was so much more that that. Started 5 months ago with 1 capsule before bed and gradually increasing to 3 capsules before bed. Sleep is better, digestion is better, inflammation is down, all very noticeably in ways that have improved my quality of life. As for the Pineal gland third eye opening, I haven't got any breakthrough experience yet, but it's possible that my intuition has been gradually improving in ways that are difficult to measure in a daily basis, so I don't give up yet. I'm planning to continue having this product because the great benefits I'm getting already.

This product may work for many, however I thing I might need a much stronger capsule or take it for a extra long time to get results!

I found NO benefit in improved sleep or in any third eye awakening. It did cause a significant digestive disturbance, however. I am going to order another brand that a friend recommended that is, unfortunately, not on Amazon. Choose carefully, as this one is non-refundable.

Sleep was about 20% better than normal. Which is a lot for me. Had some minor dreams with 1 capsule. Didnt have any digestive issues with it, despite all the warnings online. I did have terrible dehydration though, have to load up on electrolytes while taking this. As for other effects, im uncertain so far. I started a couple of supplements, so it could be a combination. But the sleep i got was so restful i wasnt groggy at all in the morning.
