Q: When using this at the range, will it be able to isolate MY shooting from the other nearby shots fired down the line?

Nope. I’ve used a lot of shot timers over the years and I can’t recall any of them being able to do that during a busy night at the range.

Q: Can I set the alarm to go off at start and at 2 minutes?

it has delay function , random or time but not sure you can set it to go off 2 min later.

Q: Does this unit work well in an indoor range?

Yes but only if you are the only active shooter. It will pick up more than one shooter if used in a busy settings...but pretty much any shot timer has that same problem. It’s nothing to do with this particular one.

Q: The description says cr123 batteries but the timer I received takes 9v. What’s up with that?

The ones I have used take a 9v. They last a good long time vs a 3.5v CR123
