I was comparing different models and prices online for a robot vacuum cleaner and this one is actually a great price with full cleaning function, it has the ability to vacuum as well as a mopping function which is one of the main reason why I bought it and not to mention that it also comes in my favorite pink color. Upon receiving the package, all accessories were intact including an instruction manual which is easy to understand on how to operate the machine. I have try both the mop and vacuum functions on my hardwood floor and they are all working as expected, it has a powerful suction which picks up dirt and debris pretty well, and I was surprised by how much garbage was collected inside the dust box after just one use. And for the mopping feature, I do wish the water tank can have a larger capacity so that it won't run out of water so soon. But overall I am satisfied with this robot vacuum cleaner, it is saving me a lot of cleaning time.

The vacuuming works better than my previous robot which costs more. Keep in mind it does just bump into things moderately hard & repeatedly which is how it cleans so if you have neighbors sharing a wall with you this wouldn’t be the one for you. It may bother you if you’re sensitive to noises like that.It senses extra dirt and will circle those areas.Has a fast and slower speed. Will suck up or get stuck on small cat toys, kids toys , clothing etc.. you need to pickup everything small first.Having a robot has made me a more clutter free person as I can never have stuff on the floor lolThe mop feature I wasn’t impressed with only because it seems to not spray water enough and is running out very fast, it’s like you have a good 7 minutes before refilling the tiny tank but for a small room it would be ok. For $130 (even up to 160 I’d pay) I still think it’s an excellent value because it helps me so much.

The media could not be loaded.  This machine can run around easily on my short carpet, even across the threshold of the room, and it's great to help me with cleaning these days when it comes to my house. On the ground those not easy to detect hair and dust are cleaned very clean by it. I decided to buy this one after I selected a lot of cleaning machines, which met my purchasing needs, and the price I think is acceptable for the same kind of products. Within the days of use, I think it's much better than the one I bought before. The machine I bought before had a problem after I used it for a time . I think this sweeping robot is a great machine

Good but no charging dock

The tank is way too small. Only a few rows and it is gone. For a small area that would be great. I need to spend more on a bigger tank for my hardwood floors and why I would buy one of these.

The media could not be loaded.  I love that it’s “not smart” because it goes over anything, nothing stops them. I prefer these to Roomba (my 1st robot vacuum) and Dibea vacs (have/had 2 Dibeas- Dibeas kinda retired now that I have these. Dibeas ARE super quiet though, if that’s what you’re looking for:) The higher priced, smarter vacs get scared easily- stop, beep, and turn off upon encountering any little elevation or obstacle come upon, including my new pile carpet and bar stools. These “obstacles” must have triggered the anti-drop features- as they refused to go over 90 percent of living room & kept circling around as if trapped on a precipice looking for a safe way out! Having to find it these colorful workhorse vacs to recharge is definitely worth getting the entire place vacuumed with no hiccups. I don’t miss the auto charge feature- I find it, dump it, and plug it in for tomorrow!

I charged it for 8 hours as instructed but has not worked since ! No instruction manual in the box or online. Waiting for response on refund

Just got mine yesterday and used it for the first time this morning. So far I’m loving it! I have two small kids, a puppy, one cat, and a man child (my husband) haha! I was so sick of sweeping up after them all day which is why I bought this. Does anyone know how to use the mopping function? I would like to try that next. Definitely a great vac for a great price!
