Fair Indigo Fair Trade Organic Boat Neck Tee

I have this shirt & love it, however it seems like several of my fair indigo shirts (including this one) have horrible hems (they are very small) around the neck. The hem ends up rolling down unless I iron the shirt. Who wants to iron a knit shirt?!? And even after ironing, sometimes it doesn't stay up and so the shirt just looks sloppy. The hem at the bottom of this shirt is fine.

FairIndigo is one of my go-tos, but this shirt doesn't meet the quality I'm used to getting from them. The hems are very narrow and not double folded... They will roll for sure after the first wash. The neckline sags and the under arms pucker yet it is a little snug across the chest. The color name is vintage red but in real life it's burnt orange. This won't stop me buying their products, I just won't buy any more of these.

Ordered by regular size. Fabric is very nice, however it fits a tad large. It is not quite as fitted as shown on the model. There is defiantly some bagging all around the middle section as there is no shape to it. It's just a rectangle.

Very nice shirt. It's more of a fitted style so (normally I wear a small) I ordered a medium. I wasn't sure if it would shrink when I washed it, but it didn't. It still is more of a fitted style but I have a little extra room in it to move.

I really like this top, the fit and the fabric are very nice. It has also washed and dried well on the cotton setting of my new washer and dryer. It has good quality construction, and is beautiful. My only drawback is the neckline is too high, it is higher than my collarbones, and the neckline sits right on the lower part on my trachea (windpipe) making me feel like I'm choking. I constantly have to pull the shirt down, so it rests on my collarbones instead. I do have a very sensitive neck, I can't tolerate anything heavy or tight on my trachea, ever, so I only wear this top when I go out, never at home. If Fair Indigo just lowered the neckline 1 inch it would be much more comfortable for me, but if youre not sensitive like me you may not mind at all. Otherwise I really like this top, and its wonderful knowing I'm wearing something healthy and good.

I really wanted to like this boat neck tee. I owe lots of Fair Indigo pieces, but this one with the blue and vanilla stripes got returned. The fit and cut of this shirt was spot-on; however, the vanilla color was too yellow/dingy. Not even close to being white, which I would have preferred.

I wanted a modest shirt to wear to Israel in the summer. It's perfect! Mid weight, super soft, and not to tight in the midsection, drapes nicely without being frumpy- I can even use to breastfeed my baby. I'm 5'5" 180 lbs 40-42b and XL is perfect. This is my new fav shirt!

I like the construction, the fitted shape, the weight of fabric, the color. ( Sleeves could be just a bit longer. Mid arm.Then its a five to me.)I recently puchased other Fair Indigo clothing pieces and I am a satisfied customer!This is how all clothes used to be made awhile back.Thank you for bringing quality back in the usa
