Official Atlas Shrugged Rearden Metal Bracelet

This bracelet was the perfect gift for my wife. The construction is solid, it has high quality parts, it's has an easy and secure clasp, and looks great. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes the style.

The clasp ball is stainless steel and prone to breaking. I brought it in to jewelers twice who advised me that soldering stainless steel back together wouldn't create a durable bond, but would be the only way to keep clasp.

First of all, my wife likes it and that counts for at least 3 stars. On the other hand, the clasp could be redesigned for easier closing and the bracelet itself is better suited for cooler and less humid weather. Be aware this is the movie version bracelet with no similarity to what Hank Rearden fashioned in Atlas Shrugged; the wearer may get challenging looks from die-hard Ayn Rand fans.

Nice look and feel but was a little disappointed with the slight depressions throughout the metal.

Got this for my political science major daughter graduating from college. I'm having a local engraving company engrave one of Ayn Rand's famous quotes on several of the linked metal pieces. My daughter will understand the symbolism and appreciate this very much!

Let me be clear, I LOVE this bracelet and everything it stands for. However, after finally deciding to spend the money on myself and only wearing this on special occasions, the clasp broke. I have reached out to try and get a replacement clasp or return it for a new bracelet and after a few communications back and forth, I have heard nothing else. So, I guess I'm out of luck. Wish I could actually continue wearing this gorgeous bracelet, especially after spending so much money on it.

This is one BEAUTIFUL bracelet. Purchased it as a graduation present for my niece. I like it so much I want to keep it for myself. Absolutely gorgeous on. The color is a perfect blue-steel look. Can't wait to see her face when she puts it on!
