Men's Astoria Full Zip Hoodie

My husband has had one of these jackets for five years and has worked it hard, utilizing it daily in the cold weather here in the Midwest while caring for our dog kennel. The jacket has kept him so warm and comfortable during the cold that he sometimes only wears a t-shirt underneath the jacket. This Christmas, one of his requests was for another of these jackets! He loves this jacket so much, it's hard to get it away from him long enough to wash it! We just bought a jacket for one of his friends who works outside a lot during the winter. The friend was envious of the jacket because of its density and ability to keep my husband warm compared to his own hoodie. The friend was ecstatic!The jacket has a metal zipper, so it will last a long time. I have had to mend the cuffs on the jacket, but that's all. It takes a while for it to dry when it's washed.We highly recommend this jacket! Thanks for the quality outerwear!

I purchased 2 of these a few years ago from another source. I never thought I would find them again. I would highly recommend if you want to keep warm.

This Hoodie is nice. It's not fleece, it's a heavy knit material with a nice inside lining. My husband loves it. Quality metal zipper was a game changer for our decision to buy this item. Would recommend it if you are looking for a durable hoodie.

My husband had one of these in the past in grey - he was holding on to it beyond it's lifespan! I was SO thrilled when I ordered this one and it came JUST as the original - heavy weight and great for his outdoor work needs - it's great three season (fall, winter, spring) days and also for those occasional summer cool evenings. chose the black this time to hide the dirt! lol

Not as heavy as I would have liked nor as warm as I hoped,but adequate for the purpose.

I'm 6 foot 2 inches tall and 220 lbs. I ordered the XL but this sweatshirt does not fit properly. The sleeves are just long enough to reach my wrists (the wrist cuffs are snug) but the body is long and way too big in the stomach area. The front of the sweatshirt hangs loose and low and I have to stretch my arm to reach the zipper. Also, the zipper does not work well at all. It keeps getting stuck near the bottom. I have to struggle to get it to zip up and down. I even put a little lube on the zipper but it still will not work properly. Maybe it will break in over time but I have never had this problem before.I called Dutch Harbor to see if the waist cuff on this sweatshirt is supposed to have an elastic in it like the wrist cuffs have. I thought maybe I got a defective one because there is no elastic in the waist cuff (that contributes to the waist being so loose) They said there is no elastic in the waist and these sweatshirts run really big. My waist measures 40 inches and this sweatshirt could easily fit over a 50 inch waist. (see the picture I submitted)Update: (5/11/15) Zipper still sticks. Fit is horrible. Downgrade to 1 star.

I bought this by mistake as a hoodie under my jean jacket but when I got it it was way to thick so I wore it out. WOW! it is my winter coat even in below zero windy temps this thing rocks~ A+++++
