Clever twists and adventure that the kids will love!
My kids love this book series! My 15 year old and 10 year old have read this series a multiple times. Just recently my Son(15) in Junior High has read the whole series again, while my daughter had picked it up. He was completely riveted to the books until he finished it. Then it was at lunch, at dinner and everywhere. We also have the kindle version, so even if we traveled we had it along!Clever twists and adventure that the kids will love! The school Library Journal says,"Fresh and Frightfully funny."Starting from the first one, the sequels are equally gripping!

It is a very good book and the delivery condition was good.
The book is very good. At first, I had got a book with chapters in it from another book in the series, but the seller was very helpful and ensured that I got the correct book

Amazing book
When I read the first part of this book from issuing it from a school library I was like how can a person right such an amazing book. The first part was a hardcover book in which the front cover was already printed on the outer cover of the book not like this book having a separate front cover under separate hard cover. I am still reading this book currently and I am enjoying this specially the character of constance. This approximately took one month at arriving my home and there was a two day delay also but the packaging was very nice. the book didn't had a single scratch on it. I would recommend this book to the people who are reading my review.

Only the first half is worth reading
The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Perilous Journeyby Trenton Lee Stewart2 starsGenre: AdventureAudience: Age 10-16 yearsThis is the third book in the Benedict series if one includes the recently-released prequel. The prequel was good; the first book was well worth NOT reading; and this book, which follows the first, is only marginally better. For the books to make sense to the reader, they are best read in sequence.A plus point of the book is that the characters are almost all caricatures but are magnificently conceived. Another plus point is that in many places conversation and events are entertaining and creative. A third plus point is that the book starts off well and maintains a good storyline for the first half. For the most part, however, the book has minuses that make it barely worth reading. The biggest minus is that the plot falls apart in the second half of the book; that is, there is no plot, just adventure with one event following another. Sequences in the plot seem to be made up as one goes along with little real connectivity with what came earlier. The children who are the protagonists of the book blunder repeatedly and are repeatedly rescued by fortuitous events rather than by their own skills. Luckily, the Big Bad People also behave stupidly and allow the Good Guys to win in the end. The manner in which the adventure ends is also absurd. There are several unnecessary red herrings that serve no purpose in the plot. There are several loose ends. At more than 400 pages, the book is far too long. The interested reader could read to the midway point, that is, where the treasure hunt leads the children to the library, and abandon the book after this section. The discerning adult reader might prefer to give this book a miss.
